Not once have I gone in here and been disappointed. From the moment you enter you practically feel at home and they ALWAYS have what I need. It's crazy because you can go into those big box stores and not find what you need, but not at Keith's. Somehow, magically, our because they're simply awesome, they have what you need.

I'm from Magnolia and my Ace has some of the sweetest most helpful people that work there. My daughter is in Belton now. Went to the Home Depot there couldn't find anyone with time to help me so I went to the Ace close to my daughter's place. They came through like always! 💪 Ace is the place!

Went here recently to fix a issue with my Internet cable. Watched several videos on YouTube. Was pretty sure I knew the part I needed. Asked the customer service representative where I could find parts like that and they showed me the section. They were very polite and respectful. The store was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the guy ask me what I was doing and I explained and he talked me out of buying what I needed and insisted I get something similar. I should have bought both but I was on a budget and their prices are kinda steep. Turns out I had to have a cable technician come out afterwards anyway and the part I had used was the wrong one. The one I went in for was the right one. But you live you learn. The guy was mistaken in my particular case but I didn't know that until after. So I can't say it was his fault, and I do appreciate him trying to help. Overall was still a decent experience and I would recommend that place to others. I do like their tools. I think they have a great selection of quality tools and I often shop there. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because their prices are higher on the same products and name brand tools than most other places in my opinion. But if your not on a budget then I wouldn't worry about it.
