The estimator initially couldn't make it to meet. Asked to do a remote estimate over the phone. After arriving though he seemed to think there would be an extra fee for a trolly because apparently the non-semi truck wouldn't "fit"? in the storage parking lot to load directly from the unit to the van. That was later removed but soon replaced with the exact equivalent charge on discovery that there was furniture made of bricks as opposed to any other given heavy material. The previous estimate would have held if the furniture was for example made of oak. The treatment seed both unprofessional and personal.

The Belton team was amazing during our move! Professional, friendly, careful and efficient. They made a stressful time much much easier and took great care of us.

Our move was as good as it could possibly be! Special thanks to packers Bobby and Sabrina. Every aspect was on time and done well. Moving is not a fun experience but our move really went very smoothly.

This move has been a nightmare. Boxes are missing; items arrived broken. Items from different areas were packed in the same box (incl. a toilet brush inside a salad bowl). Boxes were stacked and I have had to use a stepladder to reach the 3d box. The television is still packed and the movers ignored the placement arrows. I have not finished unpacking and have working constantly. A bunch of the sweaters that I knitted over hundreds of hours are missing. The boxes must have been either left in Belton or delivered to the wrong household. A brand new beautiful floor lamp is broken in two. TheSpeed knob of my Kitchen Aid mixer is messed up. I found the glass jar for the blender, but the base is still missing. So far I have a list of about 10 items that I have not found. They might still be in one of the boxes that I have not checked. Just discovered this morning that a really sticky beige tape was placed along the back edge of the beautiful file cabinet from the computer/craft room and I am having a heck of a time attempting to remove it. It is stuck in various places. Screws are missing, incl. all but oneof a significant support piece for a queen-size bed. Some of legs on both Herman Miller desks were installed in the opposite direction and one of them is very unstable because it is missing a screw. The guys that are coming will have to go to the hardware store to obtain the proper parts tofix things properly.I do not blame the packers nor movers, because it is clear that several of them were not trained well. All of them were extremely pleasant and hard-working. A big shout to Sabrina for being great.Attempting to have things delivered was ridiculous. I felt like a hostage; if Idid not pay the additional amount they were requesting, they would just not deliver my belongings. The papers stipulated that a local company would be bringing the goods into the apartment. Instead, the truck driver was left to ask for the names of some local men for the job.Several persons did not bother to reply to any concerns. One person really stands out for being very responsible; she never failed to answer my concerns. Her name is: Carmeasha Stanley and is with Coleman in Alabama. If you think I am exaggerating I have the pictures to prove what I have stated. This was not my first move. Even when my husband’s company transferred him overseas, not a single item went missing or got broken in either direction.I will be contacting Allied directly when I am finished unpacking. I know thatI will be missing many other items, but will not realize it until the day that I need or want to use a specific thing. Some things can be replaced; but manycan never be replaced because theyhave been discontinued and in some cases the company that produced them no longer exists.

The team that packed and picked me up in Texas, and delivered me to New England were awesome. Everything they did met or exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Deserve no stars At All! I got my things yesterday and the majority of the things are damaged horribly glasses, are broken lamps are broken, jewelry missing, flower vases missing. Oh and the best part they unscrewed everything possible including my lids to my pots and my pot handles? I'm getting a whole run around I just want to know where my things are. They tore my couches aswell as broke both dressers. Oh and also lost most screws to what they unscrewed. Like how in the world?

We hired Allied to move us from Texas to Colorado. They mixed up the pack dates, which meant things got packed that shouldn't have because we weren't prepared. Then when loading, they scratched the wood floors. The loaders denied it but our sales person admitted they were fresh scratches. We were supposed to receive our furniture tomorrow. Now we are told it will be at least 4 days late, possibly 7. Hiring Allied was the worst moving decision we could have made. Our sales person talked a great game, sold their services and now we are high and dry. In our new home for almost 2 weeks with no furniture. They messed up every part of our move. I'm nervous to see the condition of our belongings. We are a 10K pound move. The only 5 star review you see on this page is for someone that didn't actually use their services. Yes, the sales person is great at getting you signed on and getting your dates but after that, you are in trouble. Damaged property, super late delivery. Do not hire this company!
