Best movers ever! James and Sedryk were very professional. They were quick, and handled our stuff with care. Nothing was damaged. Came in under time by 3 minutes ever with setti g things back up. I can recommend that enough!

Very fast and courteous! They had a move cancelled that day and had those extra movers come help at no additional cost to us. It was amazing!! Make sure to take care of the folks moving you, it’s hot as heck out there and they are working their tails off.

AME movers are the best. The men that moved our furniture were Kennedy and Lasale. They were incredible. They carefully wrapped each piece of furniture with moving blankets. They were so professional. They wasted no time while they worked. The furniture was firmly secured in the truck before they left. I would highly recommend AME movers.

We ended up having to rent an apartment on the 3rd floor so that made moving so much more difficult. After we got most of our stuff in, we decided to hire some extra help. I called around and had one company try to charge me for the time it would take to get there and back on top of the time it would take to help us move. One had given a quote but then said they could charge us more afterwards for heavy or awkward items, and we didn't know what that would end up looking like at the end. Ridiculous. Then I found AME movers! Everyone was very friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process. Plus, up front pricing with no hidden charges! They made sure to keep us in the timeframe and budget we asked for. Would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with both teams that helped us on our out of town move. The first team (Deveon, Kennedy, Anthony) moved us out of our Waco home. The second team (Kennedy, Caleb, Andrew) moved us into our Aubrey home. Everyone worked at a good pace, took care with our items (wrapping everything that needed it), and communicated with us throughout the process. It was a great experience and we’re so glad we found AME Movers!

I contacted AME to move 7 items of furniture my parents gave me. This was all nice furniture. They damaged EVERY SINGLE PIECE. Over $10,000 worth of furniture all damaged.
They damaged my walls in 4 places and my tile floors.
Contacting AME was a massively bad decision and the way they handled it has not been appropriate.
They had two movers and I literally lost one during the move - he disappeared. They took six hours to move 7 pieces.
With the thousands of dollars of damage they charged me $400 to literally cost me way more.
They said they’d follow up with claims but they won’t answer. They of course even tried to say it didn’t happen at first. Wow. I had pictures of the items before they moved it.
So sad that a company can ruin your belongings and request your money after doing so.
I’ve moved several times - full moves and never had any damage. This is insane.

Worst moving experience ever. My husband is in the army and we have moved to 4 different states at this point and have used a ton of moving companies in the process. This one is BY FAR the worst. Not only did the two movers who came mishandle our stuff but they also damaged items in the process. Not to mention we were scheduled to move at 9 and they showed up with the wrong truck which pushed mine and my husbands schedule back by 2 hours. We never received an apology just a “ohh yeah I see it in the notes”. This should have been the point when we turned them away as it goes on to show their character throughout this whole process. They completely broke my $500 headboard and dented my mini fridge from the moving dolly because of negligence. At first Jeff was very nice and said he would work on it and get back with us. He was supposed to come and inspect the damage however he never showed up even after my husband took off work for it. My husband has reached out to Jeff multiple times and has not heard anything back. We did submit a claim and I understand it is a 90 day waiting period however when Jeff said he would get back to my husband and never did, that’s an issue. The customer service is awful and I would never recommend them to anyone. At this point I just want to be reimbursed for my headboard and mini fridge or even a quick call to say they are working on it.
