Went to cash a check from their bank, and they charged me $5.20 to cash it. It's their check!! And no one at that bank told me they would charge it. Worse bank ever. Will never bank with them.

Just because you personally know one person doesn't mean it's acceptable to give out information about another person's account!!! Thanks for getting my mother in deep trouble with someone who has no business knowing what her financial situation is. Y'all had no business disclosing what she did with her money to someone other than people listed on the account!!!!!

This location makes it Tough being a Bancorpsouth member never heard of a place that won’t cash cashiers checks, as a member for years i know it All depends on the manager of the place and apparently they don’t understand that as a business owner you’ll have more than one check each week (it happens) doesn’t mean you’re doing fraud so you can’t come up with the excuse of falsified cashiers checks overall don’t waste your time like I did and go to Killeen they’re the best team you could ask for.

I'm happy with the tellers, who know who i am. I came from a bank down the street which was always rotating their staff, and in spite of me having three accounts and two loans, no one in the bank knew me at all.

I have been banking here for several years. Kim & Susan are amazing ladies. They have helped us in so many ways. Through the transition I had an issue trying to figure out online banking and they were quick to help get it resolved. They always treat us like family and go above and beyond to help in any situation. Very detailed and organized. Thanks ladies for making this the BEST bank in Belton TX!

I have been banking with this bank for 7 years. They are kind and extremely helpful and professional, and I love that there is a very strong family atmosphere. Through transition they have never had a hitch in helping me with my banking needs. They are the best!!!
