“I have been with Extraco Banks for nearly twenty years and have never had a problem. I use the Downtown Branch and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone there. Yesterday, I went into the lobby for the first time since the pandemic started, as I needed to open a new account. Justin was the first person I saw and he immediately asked how he could help me. I briefly told him what I wanted and he went right to work on it while I was sitting in a comfortable chair relaxing. If he had a question, he would come over and quietly ask so that our conversation remained private. “I don't have a H.E.B where I live so when I come to Belton I love getting to shop at H.E.B. We are having Tamales for dinner and they have really great ones! I really like the pork Tamales! The store is large enough you don't feel crowded And the employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel they are a great value.”
