I’ve never felt more scammed by this store. I went in for a new phone and somehow they told me if I add my phone that was already paid off to my plan it would become a “family plan” and it would be 7.99 plus tax monthly. Fast forward to my monthly bill 116 dollars for a paid off phone. Mind you the phone is paid off and I got a new phone and it’s 120. Them prices don’t add up. Moral of the story if it sounds too good to be true it is. I feel scammed.

Great place!!!! Juan and Stephen were fantastic. Everything and every amount was true and up front. Nothing was left out to make a sale. I LOVE the fact that there is still a place where a person can go and get real help and service.
I just can’t say how much I am impressed with Juan, Stephen, and the AT&T in Belton. I would soooo recommend going to this store for anything you need.
I bought 3 new phones and had to move 2 of the phones to AT&T from Verizon. The Verizon signals are weak and keep dropping calls. The AT&T signal is incredibly solid. So excited to have these new phones and new services with AT&T.

I went in to the store to get a couple phones for the kids, Will had answered the phone and verified they were going to be available. I got there, he had the phones ready, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Worked out so well, I came back the next day and upgraded my parents phones, same thing. Will had me in and out in 10 minutes. 7 out of 5 experience, would recommend to anybody.
Oh and it's not like he had the easiest job in the world, he also changed all of my plans that I was paying for to a cheaper option that was available that had better terms anyways.
Anyways, Will got about $4,500 out of me in about 20 minutes over 2 days. Good job Will.

Customer service is really great. They answered all questions in great detail. They are very professional and polite. I recommend you speaking with Colin Bradburry. He is very helpful and super nice.

This store - Juan and Collin have been reported to AT&T for their practices that aren’t in line with At&T. Ordered phone online, paid the taxes ONLINE - get an email phone was ready to pickup, get there and those two idiots say taxes have to be paid. They were told to cancel the order which they didn’t and charged the same card again for the taxes!! Juan especially was very rude and he’s the manager!!! Their customer service skills are nonexistent!!! I’m sure the owner isn’t going to like the fact AT&T has said everything these 2 said was not true!!!

This store is horrible. Very poor customer service. I walked in to cancel my service and was told “ we can not help you” “take your modem to the ups store and they will cancel it”

This store is fantastic! everyone that works there is super helpful! they helped me lower my bill while still getting an additional phone as well! shoutout to colin for all the great advice and his fantastic customer service! will definitely be visiting again soon:)

This is hands down the bedt store. The employees are stellar and extremely knowledgeable. I have been coming to this store for years and no matter the change in employees, the service is outstanding and the employees are the best around. Overall best store. I don't trust going anywhere, but to this store.
