I cannot say "thank you" enough to AutoZone employee Dakota. My car died on the access road in Belton. In the middle of calling a wtecker, Dakota showed up. He pulled his car around and tried to jump my battery. When that didn't work, he pushed me to a parking lot, then attached his tow straps and towed me to my mechanic. He ended up 35 minutes late to work and really sweaty. It says a lot about AutoZone that Dakota knew he could be late helping us and it would be o.k. Thank you Dakota!

Michael went above and beyond to help us after breaking down near their store. He helped us get organized with a mechanic, and when we had to wait until the next day for a part there was no where to stay in a hotel due to the tornado the day before, there wasn't a single room, he and his friend mechanic looked all over for a room and Michael was able to help us organize accommodation and made sure we were safe. God bless yall! Best autozone experience ever!

I broke down in Belton on the way to San Antonio. I had to take an Uber to autozone. Michael S was the gentleman that helped me. After I made my purchase I ubered back to my car then drove it to the store. As I was trying to understand what was going on with my car, Michael helped me and helped me with what items I needed. He also referred me to a great mechanic who was fair and didn’t take advantage of my situation or overcharge me for my repair; and he fixed it quickly so we could be on our way. Michael S and Jason were great. Michael went above and beyond with customer service. I call him my divine appointment. He made sure I got the items I needed, helped me get help and find a place to sleep since the town was completely booked and sold out from the tornado that had just hit their town. He made sure my husband and I were not stranded. And he also gave me a first responder discount since I am an EMT. I highly recommend this autozone and I can’t sing the praises of Michael S and Jason’s customer service. Above excellent. Thank you.

Needed some vvts for a chevy. Benji helped me out, twice. Amazing service, friendy and knew his freakin job. Those 3 in the same customer experience event is unheard of. Because of Benji, AutoZone Belton is the only auto store from now on.
