Worth the drive. I've searched close to home for wheat straw to no avail. On a FB recommend this small barn came up. Although it's 35 miles from home, we'll be back for hay as well. Prices are fair and staff are terrific.

I was recommended Barfield by a man I trust and they did not disappoint. They are friendly and knowledgeable about animals and their nutrition needs. They answer all my questions, they are patient when I need more information or want to try something different. And to top it off, they have better prices than any other feed store in the area. I 100% recommend them to anyone.
