I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the bank that- even when and if short of staff, I've never received bad nor unprofessional service and I've banked here prior to the bank switching to PNC. Thanks again!

PNC Bank in Belton is a joke!!!Drive thru is closed, 2 tellers in lobby, 4 ppl in line, 3 girls in cubicles and 2 girls of the 3 playing on their phones?????.. I was there 20 mins waiting for 3 ppl ahead of me, then the girl took forever just to cash a check for me... wish I could give ZERO stars

The service is so bad here i would highly insist that people find another bank to take care of and your funds . The service is horrible they don’t keep appointments that they made and won’t answer phone calls. I have yet to use my account and have had it a month.Under the bed with the door unlocked is probably safer !

Worst company ever ever since PNC bought out BBVA this company has done nothing but scam it’s customers and lie to them to get more money out of them do not Use PNC for anything they will steal money from you and refuse to let you dispute charges

Since the change to PNC, customer service has gone down. I am positive at this point, this bank truly does not care about customers. Two personal accounts, two business accounts and multiple credit cards with this bank and I think I’m near done. Also, as a business owner, I can’t buy more than $20 worth of quarters. How does that make sense to come to the bank every day to get change cause they won’t supply me enough to last the week. I tried to open a new account today, I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. I went up to the bank teller to ask how long it would take, and all four ladies standing there, ignored me and actually turned their backs to me when I asked a question.

They lack any customer service and will have you standing in line either inside or in the drive thru. The ATM they have doesn’t work half the time and always has an issue, and that’s the only ATM you can find in Belton all the others are in Temple and Killeen.

I went there to get advice on where I could invest my money where I would receive more interest a banker said she would ask the person who works on that and she would ask her to talk to me,I waited for 15 minutes while they talked about their personal life so I told the girl in front to make me a appointment with someone else but I never heard from them so I closed my account and I am never going back they are so unprofessional.

I am writing this revew not as bbva customer, , but the new PNC Bank that just bought out BBVA, Compass Bank. If I could give this bank a lower rating than a one, I would. If you are looking for a bank with good customer service, in my opinion, this is not the one. HORRIBLE. Not only do they not have good customer service, but do it with attitude, Well , not all emploYies, but refering to the Belton Branch Manager, and the Salado. branch Manager. My wife and I are both in our 70s, and needed help when the bank sold out to PNC. when we tried to get help, not only were the branch managers from Salado, and Belton, not helpful, and have a bad attitude, but were were just plain out RUDE.Never in all our years, have we ever been treated with such didisregard, but it was clear, that they were not interested in hewlping older, disabled, customers, who were not big money customers. . We will not be stayeing at this bank, but will be going somewhere where they value the smaller deposit customers. by the way, I am still waiting for my ATM bank card. After the bank not sending the firstcard, the secondcard was on the wrong acct., and now am waiting almost a week for the third one to arrive. . Don, and Chris P Belton, Tx.

Ridiculous how this bank is not consistently open. Open some days, closed on others..Restaurants, Grocery stores and Wal Mart open every day... Banks...... Lobbies are closed...Drive Ins.... You never know!

Online services down and called 5 times every time a different stupid answer was given. Nobody knows anything that is going on. Ignorant people holding my money is unacceptable.
