I highly recommend this storage place to anyone trying to find something simple and quick. They really worked with me getting me set up and when I moved out they were more than accommodating. Belton Mini Storage are very friendly honest people to work with. I am glad I chose to do business with them.

I want and I am eager to share my experience about Belton Mini Storage, Belton, Tx. tucked away behind Whataburger just off the service road. I want you to know that the storage units always kept up and fair, It’s quiet, if you ever have anything come up and need addressed it is taken care of. Of course when I lost my key to my lock that was on me, and that’s the only problem I had. They were able to take care of that when it was convenient for me. Travis has the best demeanor and they always have a person that answers the phone. If you have to leave a message you get called back right away, not the next day(unless you’re playing phone tag). I would drive to this storage facility if I lived in the next city over. Thank you Travis I appreciate you and the others that is in your business. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Ive had issues before with other storage units in the area but these guys are awesome! Super easy billing, unit was very clean and never any rodent or bug issues. Great customer service

We used this facility for a couple of years. Everything went well. Unlike our other storage place, this place did not continuously raise their rates. Also, the owners are extremely kind people. So, I can definitely recommend this place.

The owner is very polite! Easy sign up and move in process. Quite facility with 24/7 access. I quit using the facility due to moving away.

Very nice storage unit, super easy access and very clean unit. We had an excellent price and great customer service experience. Thanks for taking care of our UMHB students storage needs over the summer breaks. We are moving out July 30, 2023.

This place is wonderful and has great service. It was my first time renting a storage unit and when i spoke to them over the phone they were so helpful and kind. I rented a unit online and the process was very simply and straightforward. I had no problems at all. I definitely recommend this place.

Their prices are the best. Storage is in a very nice area, close to the highway, restaurants, well taken care of. Travis is super polite, helpful and makes the rental process a breeze. Is very convenient to rent here since is also near the downtown in Belton and is very easy to get to. You can move in your things very quickly. I highly recommend this storage to everyone.

We used belton mini storage recently and they had AMAZING customer service. Every time we called to ask a question the receptionist was super sweet and the owner was respectful and understanding. When we first got our unit, it was left clean and ready for us to use. The pricing was reasonable and honestly the best we could find in the area.
