This business is shady. I tried to set up an appointment through my insurance, their shop representative would not work with my insurance or me, and told me the next available appointment was over three months away and wasn’t interested in scheduling anything / basically hung up on me.

I can't recommend this shop enough. The staff are so kind and helpful. They also got me in within a week when every other shop in the area was booked out for 6 months or more.

These folks did a really good job with an almost impossible situation. My vehicle suffered nearly 400 hail dents that had to be repaired with the PDR method. These dents were everywhere - on the hood, fenders, side doors, rear door, and top of the vehicle. They fixed every single one of them - the vehicle looks brand new.

Great people & even BETTER service!
I’ve never seen a body shop with so many 5 star reviews and thought it too good to be true but I was proven wrong! The staff at Big John’s has been SLAMMED with cars since the storm hit late May yet they were able to get my car in and get it going quick. I will be honest and say I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with and was very frustrated throughout the process (who isn’t a when dealing with an insurance claim?). Yet, they were understanding of how frustrating it can be to be the one without a car and made accommodations for me even though it made the work harder on them. It can be easy to blame the shop for any little thing but the Staff at Big John’s handles the obstacles thrown at them well even when it is out of their control and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car when I was misunderstanding the situation. I can’t thank them enough for working with me and my needs and being understanding and willing to accommodate. Good people are hard to come across, especially when it comes to body shops but I HIGHLY recommend Big John’s! These people are as good as they come and work themselves to the bone to make sure their customers are taken care of!

Brought my truck here after getting into an accident. I thought it was gonna take forever to get back, but it took almost no time at all! They worked quickly and the truck looks brand new. The staff is also very pleasant to talk to!

Big John helped me with my tail light after I tried to replace it myself (DOH!)! I didn't even have an appointment, I just walked in and asked for him to help since I could not get it back in. He helped me and got my light back in all for no charge, while it isn't perfect and not a permanent solution, he told me that ahead of time and I was fine with that. I am so thankful for him getting it fixed temporarily until we decide to get it fixed. I will definitely use him for all future body shop needs!

My tire popped on 35, and I happened to pull off the road and right into the parking lot of this paint and body shop. The owners were kind enough to offer to patch up my tire for me completely free! Very kind people, and it was a very nice shop!

A family-run business means that you are not just a case number! Arnold and Jodie keep you informed of the progress of your repair and are diligent in their attention to detail. You have a choice... We always request insurance to assign us here rather than the big corporate chains. We trust Big John's with all our vehicles.

My 2022 VW was involved in an accident, I came here dropped off my vehicle and it was taken care of fast and efficiently. The front office helped me with the rental info and my car was ready to be picked up at the time they expected. It was so stress free!

Need a body shop? This is the place! Over the last 20 years, when I have needed body work, I have been taking my vehicles here. Arnold and Jody have always taken care of me and my family. They do excellent work and really care about people getting what they need. Truly a fantastic business and you can be assured that they will take care of your needs as quick as they can.
