Heidi was amazing to work with! Highly recommend if you are selling due to divorce. She was amazing keeping us both FULLY aware of everything. And being understanding that divorces are sticky and not always pretty. She was the best realtor/broker to have in my personal situation. And I would highly recommend her to others!! I worked with Glenda to sell my house in Killeen. She was a saint while working with me in CA and the tenants in the house. She answered every question I asked and even some I hadn't. She responded to the tenants requests to not interrupt their kids schedules. The house went live on Friday and was under contract on Monday evening. Awesome job.We then submitted an offer to purchase another house and when we were out bid on that one Glenda seamlessly switched to my second choice and lining up financing and a handyman to deal with minor repairs. Glenda, along with the others are not just Professionals but they are now friends. I highly recommend Glenda and Brautigan Realty.

We had such a great experience with Heidi when selling our house. She went above and beyond to help us. She has so much experience and was able to recommend companies and help us arrange appointments. She kept us updated and guided us through every step of the process. We were selling during the holidays, and we had already moved out of state. We had to have our house leveled during the sale. It was so great that we had someone we could trust and rely on when we were so far away. Heidi is the best realtor we have ever had. She is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person. I highly recommend her and her team.

Working with Heidi was the best decision we made when it came to finding our first home. After initially getting burned out trying to find a house in the post-COVID central Texas market, my wife and I thought we would be stuck in an apartment forever. Some relatives suggested Heidi to us, and on day one she got to work to make our dreams come true. We released our other realtor, and she did the rest. From setting up appointments with builders in our area, handling negotiations and correspondence with them, and finally walking into the title company with us on closing day, she was there every step of the way. Aside from her professionalism and drive, she is extremely friendly and approachable, too! First time homebuyer here & while the experience was emotional & fun all at the same time I could not have gotten through it all without Susie. While I know this is my first home so my experience with realtors is limited, I have spoken to very seasoned homebuyers & told them of my experience & they all agreed Susie went above & beyond. I provided a very vague description on what I wanted in a home & area & Susie read between the lines & found me the perfect first home. I could not have been in better hands as a first time homebuyer buying a new build out of state. Susie kept in touch weekly all while providing me updates on my build as it was happening. Susie is now no longer just my realtor but genuinely a family friend.
