From my first interview and estimate from David Elliot to the driver Bruce and his two crews, my experience was excellent professional service. Bruce in particular had much adjusting to do for my delivery. He handled it all with expertise and good humor. Your company is well served by your outstanding employees .

First their paper was saying different weight with what our paper was saying so thats where the caos started and one of the packing team member was very rude the way he was talking to me was very disrespectful.he didnt understand what we were saying and kept cutting us off when we talk and he just kept saying same thing over and over again so we decided to stop talking to him about the problem and telling him what we want cause he didnt seem like he understand. anyway to solve the problem The worker said we needed talked to Ryan so we kept calling the office but we were never able to talk to Ryan. And then the worker called Ryan right away beside us and he could talked to him but never let us talk to him. We didn't even get inventory sheet after they packed up our stuff which is not understandable you took my stuff then you need to give me inventory sheet that shows the list of the boxes you took what kind of moving company doesnt give you inventory sheet?the guy doing all the paper stuff he said he would send it to my husband's email but we didn't get it so called the office next day and asked for the inventory sheet the guy who we talked to he said he will put it on his priority and send us the inventory sheet by 5pm for 100% sure but didnt get it. He said he will be at the office until 5pm but when we call before 5pm no one answered the phone and then we figured out that they closed at 12pm so there was another lie.whatever they say dont trust them all they do is lying.i saw it from other people's review how that they always lie to the customer.i think these people are nothing but scammer just keep lying and dont care about their customer at all. No one ever contacted us and trying to fix it. We have moved multiple times due to be in the military and never have had this type of situation. The worst nightmare with this company never ever want to use them again.stay away from this company and save yourself.

Me and my husband had to be emergency moved because of no A/C before going on leave. We were promised and guaranteed that our stuff would be boxed and protected while Coleman moved our household items. Upon returning home a few days after they moved us, we were absolutely MORTIFIED to see that they had boxed NONE of our things and had thrown all of our stuff on the floor in our new home that was not cleaning prior to our move in. My bed frame, towels, clothes, dishes, cups, were destroyed and thrown. They had dropped our stuff outside while moving and LEFT IT OUTSIDE knowing that they had dropped items. Both the community leasing office and I have tried for days to get ahold of Ryan D the general manager and he refuses to contact us. They lied to the person we had there watching them move our stuff after she tried to get them to respect our things. Ryan has known about the damages and stolen items since the day we returned and 4 days later still no phone call. We have had to file two police reports for lots of items being damaged and items that WERE STOLEN by his employees. PACK YOUR OWN STUFF AND NEVER USE THIS MILITARY COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR STUFF. I have cried for 4 days because of the things they have damaged being things that are irreplaceable. I pray that god has mercy on these people for doing this to military families. Who knows what else has been damaged or stolen by other families. Honestly disgraceful and needs to be closed.

The Coleman agent in Austin, TX assured me that my dining table glass top did not have to be crated for a move of my furniture to NJ. When the driver arrived for pickup, he said company policy required all glass tops to be crated. He refused to move the tabletop with the rest of my furniture. Fortunately, Coleman had given me a contact, Brittany Bushnell, at the corporate level in case anything went wrong. She immediately contacted the local Austin agent and arranged for the tabletop to be crated. The local agent said the tabletop would be picked up the same day it was crated. It was not, and the local agent said a new contract would be required to move it. Weeks passed, so back to Brittany. She again contacted the local agent who confirmed that the tabletop was still in their Austin warehouse and sent me a new contract that would require me to pay $4,500 more to move a 2,600 (sic) pound tabletop alone (the guaranteed price for the move was for a total of 1,500 pounds, including the tabletop)! Back to Brittany who elevated the issue to Coleman corporate. I was immediately contacted and told that no additional contract or charge was necessary and the tabletop would be picked up from the warehouse the same day. A few days later I received a call from the driver in GA who asked me where the tabletop was supposed to be delivered. He had been given no information by the TX warehouse. Again back to Brittany who gave the driver the information about delivery to NJ. A few days later, the tabletop was delivered but the driver had no information about who to contact to have the tabletop uncrated. Back to Brittany who had the tabletop uncrated the next day.My 3-star rating is an average for Coleman--the local agent was utterly incompetent, but Brittany Bushnell was beyond 5-star superb! Thank heaven Coleman assigns such a wonderful corporate contact for their moves. If I hadn't had access to Brittany, the whole move would have been a disaster!

By far the worst experience I've had as a driver at this location, No one knew what they were doing I sat for 8 hrs to drop my shipment when it had been cleared a week prior had to have tsp take control it was ridiculous for me to finish in 45 min.

I booked a move 2 mo in advance with Coleman who worked with Allied. They assured me I was in good hands and that they weren't like other movers. Then 1 week prior to my move, they emailed me letting me know they made a "system error" and adjusted my "Guaranteed Not to Exceed rate" up 4k making the move for a 2 bedroom $17,100. This left me completely helpless 1 week before my house closed. I had to scramble to make other plans. I would never use them. beware!

Great experience with this moving company. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate until the job was finished everyone has been easy to work with, very responsive and did a great job packing, storing, and delivering my household goods. If I ever move again, I will call them first. Professional all the way.

They will inconvenience you when they want! So unprofessional. We gave them a date and they changed it 7 days later when we called with an address saying the date they were supposed to bring our stuff has changed because another person has taken it! Sooooo dissapointing having to stay with a small baby in an airbnb more days. So upset.

Do not use this company. They are disorganized and unprofessional. I told them I needed a delivery by a certain date and they assured me it would happen. They then called and confirmed a completely different delivery time without even acknowledging the previous conversation we had. I then was lied to by the general manager, Ryan, who said we never had that conversation. Needless to say, customer service is not in their vocabulary. They just didn't care. Unbelievable.

This is going to be a long one. We are a military family, we were stationed in Fort Rucker AL, my husband received orders for Germany, Coleman was the moving company assigned to us. In April, they came and packed our HHG and took them, 2 items were broken in the process and they left packing paper and tape all over my house (not that big of a deal just a little irritating). Shortly after they picked up our HHG we found out that we weren't being sent to Germany after all, so we immediately contacted Colman to put a hold on the shipment, which they refused to do. Now here we are at Fort Hood, and have been without our stuff since April (8 long months). We were set and scheduled to have our HHG delivered TODAY between 8 and 5. I called them at 9 to get a ETA and was told our goods was on the truck and that the driver would contact me shortly with a time frame. 3 hours passed, no call so my husband called and was informed they made a mistake and over looked us on the schedule for today and there's no way they can deliver today. I was flat out lied to this morning, and had we not called them we would still be waiting for nothing. This company doesn't care about the military or anyone else for that matter.

Very responsive. From my first call to the after delivery inquiries Coleman communicated immediately, knowledgeably in regard to my questions. They were on time and well-prepared. The estimate, packing, loading, and delivery process were all a well-oiled machine. As promised my packing efforts did reduce the overall estimated cost. Two thumbs up to all of the Coleman employees involved. Courteous is the word that comes to mind. Thank you.

Overall I was very pleased with Coleman Moving and will call them first for my next long distance move (should I move again). They were careful and conscientious with our belongings - the only item damaged in the entire load was a broom handle(!) and we had boxes and boxes full of bar ware, glass, pottery, etc.

Most furniture items arrived with major damage due to lack of using blankets and crammed into truck. Poor or negligent packing resulting is many damaged items. Failure to put down runners in house led to many deep gouges in flooring. Poorly trained help regularly dropped, mis handled or hit house structure with furniture resulting in new damage to house and furniture.
