I go to many Valero and/or Circle K stores, because I'm on the road all the time. I've never been charged a $1.40 for a 32 oz refill. The lady at the counter was very nice, but her boss is snarky. I definitely won't be going back to this store. Why pay twice as much and have somebody treat you rude because they work at a \\\"corporate store\\\".

The atmosphere of this store could be so much better if customer service was addressed. I cannot believe the way they took care of and treated and then talked about this elderly man who came in there.

I walked into the Subway connected to Circle K around 2:30 and I wasn't even acknowledged. I stood and waited at the counter, no one took my order so I left. One of the workers was cleaning tables and the others were in the back. I will never return here again.

Bad staff dont care there customers complain about a 30+ group car club with more stickers then mods are doing burn outs in there side parting lot and parking directly in front of the access road entrance...garbage.. contacting corprate

There was a sign that says 3 water cases for $9, i asked for that at the register and the lady told me there was no such thing, that there’s a 2 for 7, like um no, the sign says 3 for 9... she didn’t even bother considering to check out the sign nor ask me about it. I do have a picture of it and hope y’all have a correct sign out or at least a cashier who knows what they’re talking about.

Biggie and the other girls there are so very sweet! Yes they get backed up but as a manager of a business, I know that's not their fault. They are so sweet and work very hard. I go there 3 times a day and am always greeted with a smile.

Have been customer at this location for 6 1/2 years and have been treated well some of the time. However; last night, has prompted me to write this. First: cashiers need to wait on customers when needed, NOT at their convenience or when they want to make a point! Second, if there is a double sided sign with two different price points: COVER THE INCORRECT PRICE! IT IS IS ILLEGAL NOT TO HONOR THE LOWER PRICE! This is not an opinion, it is a fact! To those cashiers who walk around watching who is in line until that customer you don't like goes through...you are more transparent than you realize.
