Anytime Towing is in the yard. If you hear the name, run as far as you can. My daughter was in an accident, and this company was dispatched by TDPS. We asked for it to be taken to our home. The driver called in, and they said $400 cash. I'm sorry, but I don't carry that much money around with me. No cash, so they took it to their yard. I called a mumber of times and was sent to voice mail. The voice mail is full, so you can not leave a message. I sent a text to see if it would go through, and they did call me back. The guy was very upset about my phone, not allowing him to have my caller ID. He does not answer calls if he can not see the ID. OK. You're a business. Why not have voice mail that works? I've had my phone for 3 years and never had anyone say anything about caller ID not working on my phone. This guy went on and on about my caller ID. Then he finally stated he was not at the office to give me figures on the fee. He will call me back. A couple hours later, he called and said it's around $550 to pick it up today, but it must be cash. His card reader is not working. I said I dont have that in cash. I need to put it on my credit card. His smart remark was to go to a bank and get the cash. If you don't have the money, how do you get the cash from the bank? He said it's not his problem. Every day it is there, he will add $27.00. So, my car is held hostage by this company until they get a new credit card reader. This is insane. How are companies allowed to work like this and be supported by local authorities. Stay away from them!!!!

Cortez did a great job meeting our needs. A smaller, family-run business. Very flexible and did great body work. Might not fit for those wanting a new/ flashy facility or white glove service. We were very happy and likely to do business there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister was in a terrible car accident & unfortunately her car was taken to this guys yard. We called to ask to get her things out and get photos of the car, he was completely rude & disrespectful, had no remorse . Said could only come Monday thru Friday but refused to let us make an apt for Monday & also said he didnt have to let us get her stuff or see the car. Again this was after a severe wreck not just any old towing ! Also was rude to my dad when he called in separately !

Daughter was in a car accident and Cortez was recommended to us. They did very good work and very quick turnaround.They would’ve gotten 5 stars but went to get the car and pay the deductible with a credit card but they charge a 3% convenience fee…$30 on $1,000 seems a bit excessive to me. So I had to go back home to get my check book.

I took in my 2021 Ram 3500 for some pretty bad hail damage and I couldn't be happier with the time the repairs took and the quality of the work. I will be recommending them to friends, family and co-workers! I look forward to doing business with them again.

Hands down Mr. Cortez is a man who can be trusted. I tell anyone and everyone I know Mr. Cortez is the only body shop I’ll use. He painted my 66 Chevelle and I receive more compliments than you can imagine on the first class job he done.

The passenger side of my Dodge Ram was damaged and the repair work that Cortez Collision completed made that portion of the truck look like new. I needed my truck for an upcoming camping trip and they were able to meet my timeframe. Everyone I had contact with during the process was friendly and professional. Absolute worst paint job I have ever seen. These people had my car for 2 weeks to paint and fit a hood. Hood came back covered in swirl marks and paint started to bubble within a week. Took the hood back to them where it sat for an additional 6 weeks. Finally got a call to come pick up the hood. They brought the hood out covered in dust. Somehow they managed to make the hood even worse by grinding some of the material off my hood and getting overspray on it. Now I have to take my hood to another shop to see if it is ruined. Thanks for wasting my time and possibly destroying my hood glad I could pay you to screw me over.Service: Painting

My brother does not advertise it is word-of-mouth business for him. He stays busy. You ought to see his toys completely restored Mustang mach one. A Viper. And also I believe a Camaro. His state-of-the-art color mixing system and paint booth. Just sayin.
