I had them do some work for me and was happy. Later, I had more work and reached out to them several times over several months and they never got back to me. As tax deadline approached, I gave up and hired another CPA but the CPA had to leave town for a funeral so I needed to start the paperwork myself so I stopped by to ask a yes/no question. It was a simple question about how to code the Schedule D form. All she would say us how busy she was and to make an appointment after the tax due date. I guess they don't want new business or really aren't a tax expert who can answer a simple question.
