I recently asked Lauren Martindale for assistance in comparing coverage and cost of our current insurer to that of other companies. Lauren and Ashley did an outstanding job in doing that. They were knowledgeable of the products, cheerful, and willing to answer whatever questions I had. Thanks Lauren and Ashley!!!!Subsequent to the previous review/5 star rating, I needed assistance in clarifying coverage changes in one of my insurance policies. I called Amanda in the Evans, Ewan, & Brady office, explained my confusion, and asked if she could help me. She not only did what I asked of her, she managed to do it on the day of my request, and was very pleasant and professional in the process.
