If I wasn’t moving out of town- I’d go here forever! Hands down the highest quality work I’ve received with nails. They’re kind, typically have gameshows on and it’s a pleasant experience. I try to go every time I’m in Belton.

This place has horrible customer service !!! They are rude and laughed in my face when I let them know my nails were done incorrectly and chipped the next morning and broken that next day.
the gel paint was peeling off the next morning and the same with my toes. I had them done Friday afternoon and my nails were chipped and broken and peeling by Saturday night. They make you pay the extra for the gel polish but it doesn’t even last longer than regular nail polish. 0/10 do not recommend!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY OVER CHARGE AND UNDER DELIVER !!!! Go somewhere else

They did a great job with my nails! I highly recommend them. They listened to how I wanted my nails to look and then did exactly as I had asked.

I am 100% this spa has given my Husband a bacterial infection. We are now going to get him treated at the hospital. It's on both legs. We where there 25 Mar 2024.

It's ok if you want sub-par pedicure. A man worked on me and he was just ok. Also, their website says 20% off Mo-Wed but when I asked he said no, we have no discounts.

I got the deluxe manicure. Which is the top of 3 choices. And per the description I didn't get the following... sea salt scrub of choice or hot stones or massage. So if you advertise it you should do it. I will not return.

I've been going to this salon for over 13 years. Never got a bad manicure. Not once. Well, since COVID when, like most small business, they were shut down for an extended period of time, they just haven't been the same.A lot of the original nail technicians are gone, replaced by individuals that seem to be less capable at providing a knowledgeable and competent manicure. This past Saturday, the gentleman cut my cuticle and used an acetone coated cloth to stem the flow of blood. I nearly levitated off my chair.Prior to that visit, I was there for a holiday manicure. Wanted a snowflake on one nail. I'd had this done before. The gal who attended me did a horrible job. Not to mention that a week later the thing fell off.I just will not pay good money for a bad job.
