Deceptive pricing! Your rate jumps 3x!
We were lied to regarding the price of storage here. They intentionally deceive you with a fake first month cost, then physically mail you a new rate that is 3 times your initial rate (if for whatever reason don’t receive the letter, they raise your cost regardless). This is why they don’t offer contracts to hide the major hike in cost.
We were told we can simply ask to retain the original rate once we received the letter, although when we called they went back on their word.
For the same rate here, you can be closer to the lake, and without bird poop all over your rv/boat.

Was an easy fun experience with all details and options explained fully. Even though it was the last available space we felt no pressure. It is a very clean lot with super access.

Shyster of a company. Expect your rates to go up within 3 months by a third. Then you'll be told it's market value they tried to work with me and wanted to take roughly $25 off of the $308 . In June I paid $125 for the first month, then went to $228 regular monthly fee. So the $228 was good for July, August, and September. So in 4 months of using this storage facility it's now $308 a month. I would advise you to look somewhere else if your looking for long term storage. Seems like customer loyalty is non-existent here. It's all about greed. I'll be leaving soon. If you rent a storage on the D block, do it after a rain. I've seen more than a few with a wet floor.
Only good thing I can say is Kim was a pleasure to work with and bathroom was available sometimes

When I needed the storage space I know who just to call because they treat you like family whenever you need to access it. Just speak to a customer service representative and you should be good. And big shout out to the manager she rocks I believe her name is KIM

Getting too expensive. Garage doors some units are hard to operate. Ice machine is hit or miss. Managers are great.
