GameStop is a store with amazing, awesome, and super friendly staff. The team members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and go above and beyond. They know customers and recommend games and collectibles, keeping them up to date on deals. The store is very organized and clean. Customer service is great, with staff helping to find items. They also offer price matching. Customers are very happy and consistently choose this store over others.
The customer service was great when I was trying to buy a Nintendo Switch. I choose them over Walmart. They price match too. When I went to Walmart there 3 people and no one offered help. It was disappointing. I was very happy with GameStop in Belton, Texas.
