I just went there today to drop off a lot of things. The guy came out to unload my car. I got out and went to the back of my car. I said good morning! He didn't even look at me or say anything to me, didn't offer the slip of paper for taxes. I will never go there again! He was too RUDE.

I love the goodwill here in Belton!
The staff is friendly and welcoming!!
Fast check outs, a huge selection to choose from, and the donation attendants are always sweet!
I love shopping at goodwill and it is always clean and tidy. Will most definitely be back for more!

Prices have increased and are now more than Temple.... will all that inventory, would ot be more profitable to have a faster turnover?

Horrible staff! Ignored anyone asking for a dressing room, closed down the store with no announcements and refused to let us purchase anything 2mins after closing. (Would have checked out 10min before then if we hadn’t been ignored)! Manager was rude and dismissive.

Absolutely racist staff. If you are not a person of color or don’t have any skin pigment, you can forget about service. We were completely ignored and dismissed by the employees and the manager. Asked multiple employees with help getting into the dressing rooms and was ignored. They didn’t even tell us no. Just ignored us and kept working. We waited until the one person in the dressing rooms was done and quickly tried on clothes. We waited almost 20 minutes to try on clothes in 5 minutes in a rush. We were waiting at the registers at 8:01. One minute past closed where employees continued ignoring us. Until 8:02 when we were like “hey can we please check out?” Where we were FINALLY acknowledged by the staff just to tell us no. They said we could ask the manager, who was one of the employees who saw us waiting for the dressing rooms and ignored us, too. Regardless, we did ask and he refused to talk to us or let us check out. In the office, he also refused to acknowledge us and would not let us check out regardless of payment method. They did not formally announce closure of the store nor did they even check the dressing rooms. Very unprofessional. I worked retail for YEARS and I am very disappointed in the staffing and management at this location.

Some of the staff are rude otherwise it was average inventory and quality of items priced on the higher side.

The people who work here are SO RUDE! They will pull stuff down to mark it a different price while you’re looking at it. And they must get a bonus or something for asking you to round up your change. I said no, and the cashier threw my stuff into my bag and was giving me dirty looks. More like Greedwill, you get stuff for free and then look down on me for not wanting to donate MORE money? Shame on you.

The Belton Goodwill store is clean and spacious. Other than that, there aren't a lot of positives. I shopped at the Temple Goodwill store today and was amazed at the amount of clothing on the racks. I found several quality things in the men's section including shoes. The shoes were actually priced fairly which surprised me. After shopping (and buying) in Temple, I decided to also go to the Belton Goodwill store. The men's shirt racks were barren with little to choose from. The men's shoes were crazy high in price. Very disappointing to say the least. Both stores were total opposites. I realize Goodwill sells a lot of their better donations online but I find it hard to believe that Belton gets far less clothing donations than Temple. Matter fact, I have repeatedly donated quite a few nice things including clothing to the Belton store. Not sure what is going on there but I will shop at the Temple store from this point forward.

I always find something good when I go here. Sometimes I get lucky and find an out of production item. The prices are always reasonable and the staff courteous.

I'm not liking the attitude of the employees. I'm 3 years old. The older ones don't want to accompany me because they are always harassing them and watching them do something. I don't know if because we are Latinos they are always calling them out for anything and I see other American people with children the same attendance because they are children ☺️??and don't tell them anything
