The wait to have prescriptions filled has gotten out of hand. This is the second time in recent months that I've tried to pick up a prescription that wasn't ready - 5 hours after it was sent in by the physician..

I get my dogs medicine here and they keep saying he not in the system but he is! I have never had any trouble in the past 2yrs but now with all these new people there they don't want to give me my dogs meds or fix it. Keep saying oh we don't do animal refills, YES U DO!!!! I just got his medicine approved on Wednesday by the Vet and Pharmacist and it just sitting there waiting to be picked up.

Customer service Horrible, petty childish responses to simple requests. I have talked to management before about issues I have had. Nothing done no follow up. Here we are almost a year later same rude people with the same rude behavior. Cashiers are the Worst here!

shopping is always good as usual, however at the bakery today (02/21/2024) at the belton location I grabbed a lemon filled doughnut cuz I love those things, however after purchasing it and biting into it, it had virtually no filling whatsoever, it was merely a solid doughnut with a little spritz of lemon filling to give it the illusion of being lemon filled (I have photos), overall extremely disappointed by this.

I enjoy shopping at HEB, the customer service is always welcoming and professional. The store is clean and organized and the vibe is chill there. They are stocked with the food I like almost 80% of the time. Keep up the good work HEB. You got yourself a new customer here.

I don't have a H.E.B where I live so when I come to Belton I love getting to shop at H.E.B. We are having Tamales for dinner and they have really great ones! I really like the pork Tamales! The store is large enough you don't feel crowded And the employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel they are a great value.

Prices astronomical 3X what they used to be. Produce used to be the most expensive thing we bought. Now it's Daily staples. No company needs to make that much money. Even Walmart has some cheaper prices even if they don't have a selection, but, then H-E-B doesn't have much of a selection either. They should try Rouses in Louisiana as a model.

HEB is HEB. Perfect supermarket. It is crowded, especially on Sunday. I still go here cause it is well stocked and great food.

Looking for service and so far so good look forward to seeing if this is the pharmacy I want to stay with. I am a little disappointed in their phone setup pretty long way to get through to the person you need to talk to but that's typical was all these pharmacies
