Im really saddened to see that with your company, there is no loyalty or room for error. It is 2 strikes, you’re out. You had a wonderful employee in a gentleman by the name of Nate Harris. When I heard he was no longer with your company, I was disheartened. He made every shopping experience pleasant and was always very helpful. He knew what customer service was all about and in this day and age, that is a rarity to find among young men and women. You did your store a huge injustice letting him go. I’m sure my review will fall on deaf ears, but I had to speak up for a young man who didn’t deserve your lack of loyalty to him when he has shown a great deal of loyalty to you for many years. How sad.

OHMIGOODNESS. Got the best customer service from a manager named Deana and a bagger named Maniya. Had my baby with me and got a bit hectic pushing the cart and they assisted me so much… So thankful for both of them.

This is a great placed to shop, I am a weekly shopper, but this past weekend had a very bad experience with a Cashier Name Fanny M, At the 15 items or less groceries register, I had 22 items, 4 of them were small packages of berries, there were only on customer at the line, Ms. Fanny M started to scan my groceries really fast and throwing them away let it pile up, some of my groceries were kind of crushed, never seen anything like this, I was on disbelief of her attitude, right after that, she told me "Next time its 15 items or less" I asked for a manager immediately, she replied, "not a problem" with sarcasm, almost like she was going to get a friend to help her out. Ms. Alex shows up, right away, I told her to look at my groceries, then we talk on the side, I explained to her the Ms. Fanny M attitude was rude and unprofessional specially in a time like this when we recently got hit by a tornado, Ms. Alex didn't show any empathy of the situation.

Foods okay but their mobilty shopping carts are awful. Never charged and the ones that are charged die 5-10 min in. Sucks having to get 3-4 in one trip for my mother

Please stop stocking the shelves during shopping hours...Between your personal shoppers and the stocking crew I feel like I am at your warehouse and I am in their way. Very hard to navigate the isles and most times a trip hazard in the meat dept. Sometimes I have to climb over pallets to get what I need....
