My son and his family moved from Wisconsin and stayed with me until they were able to get their own place. I was unsure of how big of a space we needed. I was given a personal tour of the different sizes available. The staff was very accommodating. I rented a space initially that ended up being too small for all their stuff. I called and explained that I needed the bigger unit and they fixed my mistake right away. It was so nice to have a safe and temporary place for their entire house of stuff. They have wonderful security and there was no issues with bugs or rodents. I will definitely rent there again in the future if needed.

This is one of the best places if ever delt with I started parking my rig there in 2001. Never had any problems. The receptionist is so sweet and kind she was always available to me and my as things change through the years to help us understand the changes . Very clean and amazing great staff I will miss them but I don't drive a rig anymore but I personally would recommend this place.

After a very difficult week, I walked into Freedom Storage to rent a unit and was greeted by a big smile. I was treated with patience, respect and professionalism that is rare in these times. I left feeling appreciated as a customer and having no reservations in recommending Freedom Storage :)

Walked in at 1:30 to inquire about a unit. She informed me the process was lengthy and she wasn't staying past 2 because she doesn't get paid overtime. I asked to see a unit to make sure it would fit my needs. Again, she said the units were on the other side and too far away to show us before 2pm. Her tone was very rude and unprofessional.

I have used freedom plus storage for possibly about 15 years now, before it was even freedom plus I love all the People there Donnie was the greatest....... Deborah West is the best ever.
She could never be replaced I never once worried if I was gonna lose my household goods to Robert's vandals. Freedom plus is extremely well secured.
