Beautiful hotel! We were displaced due to the tornado and Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and professional while helping us make our reservation, then when we checked in Shawn was friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and spacious, and overall it was truly a blessing. Despite the reason for our stay, it was one for sure!

We came for a quick overnight stay as an halfway point for us . We stay at many La quinta hotels through out the country . This was by far the dirtiest they clearly did not clean the floor .The floors had cereal crumbles next to the bed and the closet has all kinds of trash inside of it . We couldn't even remove our shoes . When we brought to attention of the manager John Dosey his response was okay ,no apology or wanting to remedy the issue .

May 2024We had a great one night stay here where attended a high school graduation next door at the Cadence Bank Center. We had a suite where had a lot of square footage with a large separated bedroom, family room, kitchen, and bath. At first the TV in the bedroom and AC was not working, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the matter. Everything else worked fine. It was a full sized kitchen with medium sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, range, dishwasher but no oven. Paper products like paper towels are not provided along with tableware, drink ware and plates. There was also a small bar area with it's own sink. The hotel has WiFi and found the AT&T 5Ge (LTE) signal was very strong.The room was very clean and smelled nice. We had a corner room and views of the hotel next door and main road in front. The hotel also has an ice machine outside the door (could not hear it in room), indoor pool and spa, washer/dryer, and a pantry store at the lobby. Breakfast was served in the morning and enjoyed coffee, eggs, sausage and biscuits. The food was good. Felt safe staying there.The location was perfect where we just walked to the Cadence Bank Center and not deal with parking.Rooms: The room was very spacious.Walkability: Short walk to the Cadence Bank Center.

Close to Temple and Austin with many restaurants, store and civic center near you. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable in this area of Texas. It was a relief when given guidance when moving to Texas.

The blankets and sheets had alot of big stains on them. Someone else’s hair was on the sheets and bedding. Shampoo and other bottles were dirty/used/irritating on my skin. I felt disgusted sleeping on stained blankets.Rooms: Blankets were dirty and someone else’s hair were on them.

The front desk staff here is awesome. My husband broke his leg during a horse competition at the Expo Center. The front desk staff was so accomodating from arranging for us to have a room near the elevator and loaned us crutches to use during the stay! They made a bad situation much easier!....Thank you so much

I have stayed at this hotel several times over past 8 years. It continues to provide excellent accommodations. Property is well maintained inside and out. A good hot breakfast and the breakfast area clean and well stocked. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Belton area.

If you're looking for a hotel where the staff understand and practice excellence in hospitality then look no further! We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights with a large group of teens and parents. Sarah was very kind and helpful as we organized a large meeting space. Shawn went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of our stay, anticipating needs, and giving a helping hand without having to be asked. Gabe also wore a smile every night and repeatedly checked on us to ensure our comfort. They were remarkable! We'll be staying with La Quinta the next time we attend an event at the Expo. I truly look forward to seeing them again! Thank you for taking care of us!
