Worst. Never received a call or message yet charged a consult fee (total bill 374.69). Sent to another clinic for an ultrasound(355.88). When speaking to tech was told it was illegal for my doctor to give me results… spoke with ultrasound clinic and was told it would be my vet to repot results… really. Argued with tech who said another tech witnessed my doctor leaving a message and put me on hold to verify I would have to get results from other office( at an additional fee). Offered to show my phone where no record of phone call nor was message left. Received a call from my vet who said she reports results all the time and that her staff knows this…and it is not illegal, really. Although great news nothing showed up on ultra sound and would not hesitate to explore additional tests to get help for my dog, just not at Lakewood Veterinary . We have been with this practice since 2015, but think Dr. Washburn sold it and just not what it was.

I have owned my American Bully for 10 years, now. We all know they’re sensitive to everything. But, this staff was VERY PATIENT with my husband and I, finally found something that has worked for our Jedi. We can’t thank you, enough! Y’all are the best and Jedi has had such a huge turnaround with his allergy shot and new shampoo in the last 48 hours! THANK YOU!!

Doctor and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Easiest vet visit we’ve ever had. My dog was comfortable with them touching and holding him where he has had issues with that before at other places. Looking forward to establishing care for both our fur babies.

Everyone was very friendly. The doctor explained everything well. We were very concerned about our dog and she relieved our anxiety about Pebbles' condition. They also worked us in very quickly.
