“I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the pharmacy cashiers informed me that they don't usually take vaccine appointments after 5 p.m. and began checking to see if they could still fit me in despite being busy with several other customers. Just as I was starting to say that I could come back another time, the pharmacist overheard the conversation, and he quickly said with a welcoming smile that if I could just fill out a form really quick, that they could fit me in for my vaccine with no problem. He was very friendly and professional. I was able to quickly get my vaccine, and I was provided with great vaccine information. The pharmacist there is a wonderful asset to the Belton HEB pharmacy.”

“I’ve given this pharmacy my phone number more than once. They just won’t text me when my prescriptions are ready. I have called & been told my prescription is ready only to arrive and it isn’t. Would be so much easier if they would text me, but I’ve learned they won’t. Their automated system lies. ☺️”
