“I'm giving the Kwik Stop 5 stars because they have always been kind and polite. They deserve the stars. However, I won't be doing any business with the (not to be rude) older female with short hair who works inside. She could be an owner for all I know. I walked in and waited politely. I apologized for having interrupted her meal. I have thick skin and was in the military. I don't need a hug from sn associate. What I couldn't tolerate was her never looking up to speak to me and the unmistakably rude and arrogant responses. I simply asked to "top off" two tanks" as I'm trouble shooting my RV and my mother in law was staying in it. It was cold out and had to figure out the heating situation. She laughed/smirked. I then asked "how should I better explain to you with different words what I need from you?". She answered "how about bring em empty." I just politely let her know I would go elsewhere. I went right up the road to Belton and they topped off the tanks with zero issues with the verbage or mechanics of it. 5 stars because I have zero desire to bring down what is one of the few older/original small businesses around anymore. We all have stuff going on... But perhaps don't treat customers like they need you.”
“My first RV anything experience landed me here in July 2025. This place has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. I didn’t want a resort style place, nor did I want a bare bones place. This place is the sweet spot! Bathhouse, laundry, rec and mail room, outdoor seating area, dog parks, pool, vending machine, and friendly park manager and hosts. I was here for 16 months and it was a great experience, location, and management (and hosts). Jason (park manager) was wonderful, knowledgeable, funny, and had great stories. The park hosts Alberta and Curtis were the sweetest genuine folks you’ll ever meet. What more could anyone ask for?!”
