Shawn came out to clean our septic and did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The highlight was how patient and kind he was with my 9-year-old, answering a million questions with a smile and lots of laughs. Great work and great attitude. Highly recommend.
