Excellent customer service!We had our RV in a storage previously that didn’t have individual security and constantly had to fight the birds pooping on our camper. Here at Belton Lake Boat & RV Storage, we know our camper is safe, secure in its own locked stall, and no one not even the birds can get in!? We also love how well lit everything is and the parking is very spacious with plenty of room. Our camper is 33ft long and with our truck we have plenty of space plus more! “I had a storage unit here for about 2 years. Moving in was an easy process. I had to switch units last minute due to movers arriving in a longer truck than expected (about 18-wheeler length). They were unable to access the back unit that I originally had. Rightspace storage allowed me to switch units with no issues. They emailed me in advance when any changes were being made, like pay or passcodes. They also would notify me when painting was happening nearby. I recently moved and was no longer needing a storage unit. I asked the front lady(I apologize that I don’t remember her name) what I needed to do for move-out and by when to avoid the following month charge. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. The front desk lady is AMAZING (same lady). I was on vacation and made a call to notify them that I had moved out of my unit. My belongings were moved while I was gone. I don’t think I left a voicemail, but I called when it was closed. I completely forgot that I needed to call again to complete my move-out. The front lady called me back when they were open because of her, I remembered that I had to complete my move-out. Move-out process is simple. I highly recommend this place for anyone having to use a storage unit. The prices are fair, clean, security is good, and the front desk people, I have never had any issues with.”

“Locally owned and operated. Beautiful brand new facility with electric. The owners are very easy to get in touch with and are super helpful. The facility is located about 1/8th of a mile from the Stillhouse Marina gate. Couldn’t be more convenient. 24 hour gate access makes it ideal for Bass fisherman. Very happy I found this place!”
