They are high tech here. I could pay using my credit card and they will ping your phone when your washer or dryer is done. The dryers I used were good but I did hear a couple complaints about them from other customers…but the attendant on duty refunded there money and made it right.

Staff is always friendly. I’ve had experiences with broken machines and they respond quickly by either giving me a free wash or fixing the issue with the machine. I’ve never had a problem here. Been coming off and on for several years now. Many complain about the change exchange. I use their pay-range app, it’s easy and convenient.

Need to wash dryers didn't dry well plus the charge a fee to get quarters out the coin machine...Can a laundry mat do that? Charge you to get quarters?

Neat that you can add funds via your phone to the machines, it was very clean. The best part was an employee named Jerica.....she was very helpful to me and went above and beyond to help me navigate things.

Wow!! What a rip off this place is.
They lie to steal your change when using their machines. Did you know as of 3/24/2025 we are, according to this disgusting place, still experiencing a national change shortage. Therefore they will steal money from anything larger than a $1.00? Read their sign on the change machine. THIEVES.
Then, after my wife and I put our clothes and money in the three load washers toward the back I discovered some lovely MOLD on the detergent covera of the machines.
This business lies about a change shortage. Steals your money as a result of the lie. Then has mold on their machines. DISGUSTING. The owner should be ashamed.
It was an expensive lesson to learn. Never again will I go here.

I come up here faithfully to wash my clothes and the lady there was very rude and nasty to me I have never experienced any issues until today, I asked for help because the washer did not start but took my money she ignored me and act as if I was invisible, after waiting for her to assist me over 15 minutes I asked her if she had time to help me she than finally acknowledge me by getting loud with me for no reason as if she did not want to help me. I told her that it was ok I didn’t want her help if she was going to have an attitude I left to get more quarters to finish washing my load. When I arrived she walked up to me and said I need you to leave or I would be CT Criminal trespassed I asked for the manager or owner number because there was no need for her to approach me in a disrespectful manner ,she refused to give me the number I left and called and spoke with the maintenance tech who was helpful and assured me that the owner or manager would get back with me. This was very unprofessional and unexpected from the staff that is the face of this company. Do better if your not a people person find another place to work where your customer service is not the prime factor in the job choice you choose.

Place is clean. Washers are ok but not enough water. They charge you a dollar to give you quarters to use in their machines

Inside machines were clean and smelled just as clean the tops where you add soap and additions of the bigger washers is harboring mold - 1 Star. The employee there was happy and very nice. Dryers were clean and smelled fresh except one that smelled like someone had dried a dog bed or other dog related items, to be expected at laundry mats you never know what is being put in them.

This place is ok.
There are a few folks that come in and take up tons of washers and leave. So the means the rest of have to wait on washers. Same with dyers.
It's not super maintained. Most of the washers have a wet dog smell.
There is a bunch of HE washers, they use a tiny bit of water and very little soap.
I feel safe and the people are generally friendly.
I'm looking forward to buying a washer and dryer!

Usually when I have to use the laundromat it means I haven't done laundry in a month... Or 3... This one's pretty clean, fairly quiet, and I don't feel like I'll get accosted by the undesirables, I can just do my laundry in peace and leave. Prices have gone up since the last time I used this place.

please be aware you have to fill the washers with water yourself ? was not told until AFTER i had loaded, paid and started the machine!!
