The customer service rep where awesome and helpful, knowledgeable about the current promotions and products. Was able to purchase what I came into the store for. Very friendly atmosphere and the reps where a pleasure to meet.

Went in with my wife and I to get my wife a new phone and was in dire need since hers broke that day and our carrier provider was terrible. Spoke with dae about my options and he offered such great detailed information on what was available for my wife and I. Long story short he took care of us with getting us set up with 2 iPhone 15 pro maxes as well as cases with insurance and protective glass along with the insanely fast home internet. Service on the phones has been great and also on the home internet. So grateful for him and the manager that day for taking care of my wife and I even though it was 30-40 mins close to closing time. We were expecting to walk out with a cheap old iPhone and they really moved mountains for us to get a very nice package. We should have switched to T-Mobile a long time ago. Appreciate yall big time!!!

DARWIN Totally hook me back up after someone stole my phone out of my car when I went in. The gas station got everything back. I highly recommend this store and DARWIN especially!!!!

Be careful! Don’t trust anything they say or quote you at the store. We switched from AT&T and they are making us regret that move. Originally we were told our monthly payments were going to be $160 for 4 lines, home internet, phone installment after trade in, and Apple Watch. We were told that the watch was going to free with the new iphone but come bill time, it wasn’t! When we went in to speak with Darwin, he supposedly gave us a $100 credit per month for 2 months for the watch but it was never reflected in our future bill. So when the next bill came up to $246 or so, I went back in (this was my 4th visit to try and figure out the billing) and Darwin and his manager both supposedly were helping me to get it taken care of, Darwin even called me to let me know it’d be taken care of and our bills should be less than $200…nope, next bill was still $246. So I would caution anyone going in here, they seem to blatantly lie just to get your business and they will do nothing to fix their mistakes. Terrible company!

First tried to bundle internet and two phone lines with the promise of a Mastercard to do so….. now they want me to pay and then they will re-imbue me after the fact. Bait n switch.. Any body got 600 laying around? Not!
