I opened the door and was greeted by Kirby, 5 pounds of furry cuteness with a waggly tail, followed by Mandy, his lovely mother. I'd been looking for an area rug for my living room for months, thought maybe trying carpet 🤔. I took a pillow from my chair. Mandy and I chatted a bit, then she turned to the samples and showed me exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure what I was looking for til she showed me. I took some samples home, which was great because I would have chosen the wrong color for my room. The price was very reasonable, and it should be bound and ready for pickup in under 2 weeks. They have all kinds of flooring and the knowledgeable and personal service that's hard to find these days

I had a really great experience. The ladies in the store are super. Tim who came to my house to help me make decisions about how we would do things was extremely talented. And Marcelo who came with his crew to do the actual work were timely, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I'm sure I will use them again whenever I need flooring help.

The service was fantastic. My remodel took WAY longer than expected, and they held onto the carpet until I was ready for it to be installed. Marcellus was great and even stayed much later than he normally works in order to not only finish, but to finish well. I highly recommend the Floor Store & More!

Good people look no further.

If you’re like me scrolling google and trying to figure out which company to go to for your flooring and tile needs look no further. The owners, office staff and labors are all easy to work with. The pricing is excellent and the craftsmanship is flawless. Will definitely use this company again the work speaks for itself

Floor Store & More lives by its name. Ron and Ann Collins (owners) and their staff provide excellent flooring service. Ron listened and met my requests for installation dates (two phase project), and the installers were exceptional. Removed and hauled away carpeting, moved furniture, and installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house. If you are considering new flooring in your home, then choose Floor Store & More.

The Floor Store and More recently installed new vinyl plank flooring in our living room, dining room , kitchen and pantry. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and very forthcoming on prices. They were a company that I felt like I could trust. We had a previous bad experience when remodeling the house and I was very skeptical about hiring a company but after several trips to the store I felt very comfortable with the owners. They seemed to have strong Christian values which I liked and is part of the reason I used the company to do our new floor install. Yes, I could have had it done cheaper but felt they offered the job at a fair price. At the end of the day I can't say anything negative about the company or any individual I dealt with. When we eventually install new flooring in rest of our house they will be our first choice.

I can’t say enough good things about Floor Store & More. They are the epitome of kindness and customer service. I asked them if they would do a tile countertop for me, and even though it wasn’t a big job, they treated me as a priority customer. They helped me pick out the tile and spent time discussing design options with me. They fit me in their schedule right away, too! The job was completed before I knew it, and while I was satisfied with the work, the good people of Floor Store & More noted some deficiencies that they wanted corrected. They only accept top quality work from their business. So we worked out making the corrections they recommended and now I have a beautiful tile countertop that both of us are very proud of. Thank you so much!
