The Store was great. In and out, a corporation should want to keep employees like Broc Reed. He turned a bad experience into a great one. The bad experience was with another Verizon store (Temple).

Caleb was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and is there was something he wasn’t sure of, he would ask his supervisor. He made it a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this location.
