So fun fact. My wife's birth control was refused to be filled here after two years of being a customer... I learned today that by law it allows employees to deny prescriptions for birth control or purchases of condoms based on their religious or moral beliefs.So glad someone working here just decided they personally have say over if we want children or not. Or even bothered to consider my wife's health conditions that would make it nearly impossible for her to survive carrying to term.Needless to say, yeah gfc, I will not be shopping here anymore.

Website says Covid testing $19.99 without insurance, covered with insurance. Nowhere online when booking the appointment does it give you the option to put in whether you have insurance or not or what insurance it is. When you show up for the test they tell you tough luck. Everybody pays.

The management at this location is not friendly, nor professional. They refused to honor a sale sign that was up near the gift wrapping. It clearly said “Buy 2, Get 1 Free All Gift Wrap”. When we went to checkout, the items did not ring up with the sale so we walked over to show the female manager the sign and she pulled it off and said, “Well, it wasn’t here last night!” I’m not sure how that is applicable to the fact that it was there when we were shopping. It’s almost as if she was accusing us of putting up the Walgreens sale sign ourselves. She refused to honor the sale even though it was there and never apologized for it being misleading. We won’t be back to this location. As a side note, the gift wrapping area was overflowing with gift bags and wrap, so it seemed like it would have been a smart decision to honor the sale and sell a ton of wrapping. As it was, we didn’t purchase anything.

I recently dropped off a FedEx package at Walgreens. It was very convenient. They scanned the package label and I got a text message within 5 minutes with a tracking number. It was a good experience. I'm mailing all my FedEx packages at Walgreens from now on. And they open at 7 am.

Given the hammering they take everyday, they do a pretty darn good job. People get awfully c****** over their medicine, despite this fact the pharmacists are always pleasant here.

The pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for my elderly mother because they were "about to close". I was there 10 minutes before closing.

After years of being a Walgreen’s Pharmacy customer, this is the worst location I have ever experienced. After moving to the area, I had finally had enough of the consistently bad service and switched to a different pharmacy. I’m a lot happier now not dealing with this place.

The gentleman that took my passport picture acted unprofessionally and made me feel like an inconvenience. He was consistently making sharp remarks at fellow employees telling them to answer the phone. When I had told him I was there to take a passport picture, he had me wait for to take care of a couple other customers (which I was completely happy to do) but then proceeded to snappily tell me “you’re gonna have to take out those earrings” like i was stupid to have worn some and went on to grumble over the camera battery not having a full charge. The passport picture turned out great! But because of my experience with his customer service, I will likely choose to go elsewhere in the future for photo services.

They changed their Pharmacy hours AGAIN! Why? I’ve used them for years and the wait times for calls and drive thru is getting longer and longer. I have a prescription I get filled monthly on a certain day but they never start filling it on the refill day. I have to call them every time to get them to start working on it. My last call for this, I was on hold for 45 minutes.

Slow, they need more staff. CVS right across the street is so much quicker. You will sit a min of 30 mins in the drive through even if only 2 cars ahead.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy ever and no one seems to care. Left on hold for 30 minutes before their lunch time then they simply disconnected my call. Where is the Managers? The Pharmacy needs an employee overhaul period!

Warning: watch out for pharm tech in training ISAIAH MCLEMORE. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars due to the store's manager who took my call, understood how dangerous this situation was and assured me that Pham tech in training Isaiah McLemore, Texas pharmacy board registration number 329941 would not be able to potentially harm any other customers. I believe he might have been the downfall of this Walgreens pharmacy if the pharmacy manager had not addressed his dangerous, passive-aggressive behavior. He pretends to be very kind, but all the while appears to have an underlying issue with control. When the pharmacist isn't paying attention, he pretends he has control over the entire pharmacy. On two occasions now, after the pharmacist has authorized the prescription from the doctor's office and said it can be filled, he has on the first occasion refused it and on the second occasion stated it would only get a partial fill and he would add refills to it, as if his temporary pharm tech in training license would allow him to make these decisions without the permission of a licensed pharmacist. I was able to get him to fill insulin the first time after he refused it and several minutes of begging and pleading, going over the details of my conversation with the pharmacist I had earlier that day multiple times with him, and explaining what happens to a type 1 diabetic without it. He cleverly threatened to text the pharmacist to see if I was telling the truth, which I encouraged him to do. He didn't text the pharmacist and I realized later that the pharmacist had just stepped out of the pharmacy for a little while, but did return. He finally looked up the cost and agreed I must have spoken with the pharmacist earlier to know the exact cost with the online coupon was, implying that he thought I was lying. He was determined not to allow me to have insulin, which all type 1 diabetics know is necessary for survival. He then told me that he guessed he would just " throw it in a bag for me" and he gave me the impression that he alone was in charge and was now going to fill the prescription. As I was standing there for a considerable amount of time, the only customer this entire time, the pharmacist returned. At this point he changed his entire encounter with me, attempting to avoid me. I continued to wait until the pharmacist got the insulin ready and put it in the refrigerator for pick up. Before I could say anything, he quickly took it out of the refrigerator and told the pharmacist the customer was here waiting for it. The pharmacist told him he had wished he knew I was standing there waiting for this, as he wouldn't have had me waiting so long. He smirked at me while checking out the insulin as if he fixed me by not telling the pharmacist I was standing there waiting for it.

I called the pharmacy at 9:08am( they open at 9:00am) I had a quick question. Had an automated message stating every 10 seconds that they were sorry for the wait, all staffers were assisting other callers, we will be with you shortly, there are 2 callers ahead of you… well it’s now 9:33 am and I have 1 caller ahead of me! Really. This is ridiculous to say the least. I’m hanging up, will drive there in person even though I live in the country. Signing off now @ 9:37 still one caller ahead of me.?

Phones to the pharmacy are always busy. Takes 15-30 minutes to get it answered. I just spent 20 minutes with one call ahead, and when a live person picked up they asked me to hold. Phone transferred to a line that just rang for 40-50 times.
