Ordered our food almost an hour ago online and was told they were bagging it up when we arrived (after our pickup time) . Proceeded to wait an additional 25 min in store with no food, finally asked about our order and they stated they were still working on it…. After already being told they were bagging it up. I keep giving this location chances but nothing seems to be improving!

Ordered for pick up atc515pm got there at 520pm and just left at 630pm. That whole time after I kept asking what's going on with our order they kept saying they were backed up and then ultimately said our order ticket never printed. All theu make is wings, atleast be good at your job guys. It's jot that hard. Ibshould have learned after the first time I had the same issue at another wingstop on temple.Don't order here!! They suck

Placed order for 515 PM pick up, nothing crazy. 30 wings and fries. Sitting here and it's 6:28 PM with out a time when I might get it.

We called in our order at 11:15 pm on 3/30/24. The lady on the phone took my son’s name, number and his order. The lady that took the order lied and said it would be 45 minutes before it was ready. We got there at 11:55 pm and the lights were off and nobody was there!

I would give the service a 0 if I could. We went into the Belton Wingstop and no one was in the building for 10 minutes while we waited around. Finally a different customer came in and eventually yelled to see if anyone was around and they came inside. Then they said it would be a 30 minute wait when there was no one in the building at all. Really frustrating we ended up just leaving.

I had an awesome experience today. I drove in from Temple to experience the food.Kynyatta was very welcoming, professional and concerned about my needs as a customer. I appreciate the way the host took care of me.Not just the way she took care of me but I had the opportunity to witness Kenyattainteraction with another customer— outstanding!Ms Lily

I’d say about 3/4 of the time, no matter what day or time of day, they shut down their online orders, and even if you get somebody on the phone they hang up in your face. Had one lady tell me it was going to be 45/mins to an hour then after my order was complete she said the order will be ready in 10 mins…. Food is wingstop food, good, when you can order it

0 stars if I could. Didn’t get my order. Waited 45 min. Ordered on the app. Show up because it says it’s ready. 0 staff communication, then finally I’m told after waiting there for 40min, it will be an Additional 45min, two hours. For nothing. Avoid at all costs.

They turned their online ordering off and if you try to call them it says they’re helping another customer and to try calling again.

Tried 2 days in a row to get food from here. First day was an hour to hour in a half wait. Second day tried to call in an order and no answer. Called 14 times then went there and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. The 2 ladies in the front was rude. I will not go back there ever again.

Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. This was the 2nd time here recently we've picked up our order and it was wrong after waiting 45 minutes for them to get it out to us.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I got the food pretty fast, especially at rush hour. The food was really good. I got wings and fries, with queso, very tasty. The wings were done just right!

I do NOT recommend this place at ALL! Placed an online order and after an hour it still wasn’t done, was told it was because Temple closed their orders and it pushed them all to Belton. That sounds like an excuse, if I ever heard one. They were rude and couldn’t even give me a refund that day. They waited until I called the next day to do it. The GM shouldn’t be in management, she is rude and doesn’t even let you finish talking before hanging up. They also said, they couldn’t provide a refund receipt, everywhere I have ever been has been able to do that. But they couldn't even do the refund while I was there, they said they had to call NCR to do refunds. I have dealt with NCR before, they do not process returns for a merchant. The merchant has too, so they are liars. They will also tell you they don’t have a corporate number, but we called Wingstop corp and complained to them too.

The service here is AWFUL! Was there this afternoon and waited almost an hour for food that was sitting on the shelf!! Will never go here again?
