The dynamic duo - Jessie and Kassie. They have helped us with all our pool needs for the last 3 years. Kassie is friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. Jesse has not met an issue he couldn’t diagnose and fix - and he does it all with a smile on his face. Amazing company with owners who truly care - highly recommend.

I highly recommend Garrett for any of your pool issues! Their responsiveness, communication, knowledge and abilities are far and above any other. When our pool pump went out before a big party, they provided a temporary pump until the new one came in and could be installed. They helped us with our pool remodel and we cannot be more happy with the result. After comparing prices with 2 other companies, theirs was the best. Hands down, Garrett is the best.

This was my third time to use this company and as always it was wonderful. Made a phone call got on the schedule he came out the day he said he would be out and fix the problem with zero issues. Very nice folks to deal with straightforward and honest will never call anyone else.

I'm really new to having a pool and have been lucky to find this company! They are always willing to answer my millions of questions and always so friendly and never made me feel stupid. They fixed the issue I was having and even came out on a Saturday to make sure my pool was ready for swimming for the holiday. I am SO happy to have them as my pool servicing company and look forward to years with them keeping my pool right. Thank you Garret Spa \\u0026 Pool for being such a great company!

This new company replaced the company I had used for our pool for the last couple of years. We were selling our house and needed to get the pool situated after winter for the new owners at closing. And there seemed to be something wrong with our in-pool vacuum. They came out quickly and evaluated everything and said that the vacuum pump was out and needed to be replaced. Not what we wanted to hear, but okay. We had a communication blip over Easter but today they came out, checked everything over a second time and determined that we did not, in fact, need a vacuum pump!! It just needed to be reprogrammed to factory specs, which they did. This saved us a lot of money and worry now that the pool is all good before closing. I will recommend Garrett Spa and Pool to the new owners and to anyone in the Neches/Palestine area for their pool needs!
