The at&t in benbrook needs customer service training. Walked into the store only to be ignored, the guy was with another customer, but he could have greeted me and said something like "I’ll be with you as soon as im finish here" but no, no courtesy..

I was very satisfied with my visit. I can't remember her name off the top of my head but it was a young, blonde woman who was very friendly and nice, she assisted me with getting my phone replace. I felt bad because we had to wait for the account holder to show up so If anything, I was the complicated one but she was very patient with me, answered any questions I had about services, promotions, products, etc and then helped sort everything out when I was at the store. Overall I'm very satisfied, would highly recommend that location to anyone, and would go back myself

We purchased an iPhone 15Pro for signing up with AT&T. We dealt with Matthew & Noah over a 3 -day period of time trying to transfer our phone service from Consumer Cellular to AT&T. CC did not make it easy to do so but both Matthew & Noah were a pleasure to work with. They both seemed very knowledgeable & were both VERY calm & patient during this lengthy process. They both apologized profusely for the wait even though it was not their fault.
I would like to commend them both for their excellent & professional service in getting our situation resolved. Connie M

I went to have my phone line transferred to At&t on 3/3/24. Spencer assisted us with the transfer. He was very nice and professional. Spencer helped us save a little bit of money with our phone plan 3 lines. Highly recommend this location.

Ever wonder why they have only one star? It's because they are liars. Don't believe the story about taking care of your Apple product in house. You will still need to go to Apple to get resolution. These people suck.

Matthew is very helpful. Each time that I’ve have went into the store the employees are prompt and attentive. I would recommend cellular services and fiber internet to anyone interested .

I have always dreaded a visit to AT&T but I have had to visit this location a couple times since moving to Benbrook and the staff at the store is amazing and quick. I had to go to AT&T and CVS one day and AT&T was quicker than CVS. This store has seriously healed my anxiety surrounding phone issues.

I was having trouble with multiple devices and Matthew was very competent in helping me solve the issues quickly. Every time I’ve been to this store it was good. Would recommend this one over all other ATT stores I’ve been to.

Just dropped by, my interaction was with a guy named Noah. He was super nice, and pretty knowledgeable. I liked him, he reminded me of my son. 10/10 will go back here.

My name is Allyson Howitz. I came in to transfer my phone-lines to new phones yesterday around 2:00p. We had so much trouble with the transfer that I ended up leaving my phones, gabbing my kids from school and coming back. We still had issues and the lady I was working with didn't seem to have the solution. In comes Johnathan to save the day. This guy knew a work around to get the phones to move forward with the updates/transfers. It still took us 4 hours to do this (at no fault of anyone but Apple) but Johnathan was so patience with me and even stayed after his shift to ensure everything transferred properly. He was so professional, kind and patient. He deserves the recognition. Thank you so much.
