Ever wonder why they have only one star? It's because they are liars. Don't believe the story about taking care of your Apple product in house. You will still need to go to Apple to get resolution. These people suck.

My name is Allyson Howitz. I came in to transfer my phone-lines to new phones yesterday around 2:00p. We had so much trouble with the transfer that I ended up leaving my phones, gabbing my kids from school and coming back. We still had issues and the lady I was working with didn't seem to have the solution. In comes Johnathan to save the day. This guy knew a work around to get the phones to move forward with the updates/transfers. It still took us 4 hours to do this (at no fault of anyone but Apple) but Johnathan was so patience with me and even stayed after his shift to ensure everything transferred properly. He was so professional, kind and patient. He deserves the recognition. Thank you so much.

Glad I waited and went to the AT&T store and not the Apple Store. I didn’t have to wait and Makayland took care of everything I needed. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

The service was outstanding, Corey went out of his way to help me buy a new phone. He even helped in transferring all my data and stuff from the old phone. He also helped with the installation of phone case and screen protector. Very friendly, understanding, and supportive!

Worst run AT&T store in the region. My experience has been so bad that it makes this long-term customer want to leave. I would have immediately had I not just upgraded. Do better AT&T.

My family including me have always been iffy of AT&T, we never cared enough to switch. However I do believe they are working harder on their customer service. This weekend I dropped my phone in the river, I had an extra phone that didn’t have service so I went into AT&T on Monday hoping they’d be able to help me out. To my surprise it took Cody, no more than 5 minutes to get everything switched over onto the new phone with no cost. It may be my fault, thinking it would take more than just a few simple steps, but I was still overall pleased! Of course, when I go to try and leave, my car wouldn’t start. We were in and out of their parking lot for two days trying to work on it and ended up having it towed. Both of the employees there at the time, offered a helping hand and were so kind. They let us keep the car right in front of their store overnight & the next day. Not only did they help fix my phone but also gave us a place to store my car for a couple days, lol! Thank you so much Cody & the other employee I didn’t happen to catch the name of. Y’all were amazing!!

I always try to find a reason not to leave a business a 1 star review no matter how bad my experience. However, this location could really use some training. When I walked in, the reps were sitting on the counter and no one cared to greet me. I had to greet them. It is obvious they don't want to work there. I was also sold that 5G has excellent coverage and is the next step in wireless. It's terrible, I have to keep it off for better service. I'll be in Fort Worth and can't get service some places. I learned that 5G is spread out, not stronger or faster. I have plenty of low service spots that Verizon never had in the city. I also recently needed a tow for a vehicle; when I called in they told me I didn't have roadside assistance. I have always carried this, but the rep didn't add it to my account nor ask about it in the sales process. Today I called to add it to my account and they won't allow me to. I'll be back at Verizon shortly. Whoever owns this store, your employees need training.Sincerely, Karen.

I am a new customer and added 3 lines along with a new iPhone 14 at this location. The agent sneaked phone insurance for all three phones without my authorization. This is some serious fraudulent practices and against the law. I am pretty upset with AT&T and standing in line for 30 mins now, trying to call them to cancel the insurance. Run folks!

This store promised promotional phone pricing that was a lie, as well as signing my wife and son up for scam protection and upgrade plans without authorization from us. Keep one eye out for shady dealings at this location and be prepared for an unpleasant surprise when your bill comes.

Don't even bother with this location. Go get a McDonald's across the street, you will receive much better customer service, then drive to another location, preferably the one on Camp Bowie, they are way more professional, if they're still there.

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. Jonathan was exceptional. He was patient, engaging, polite and friendly. He was able to explain every question I asked and never made me feel rushed or as if I were any inconvenience. This is definitely my AT&T store for any problems I may have going forward and certainly for any upgrades or accessory purchases.It sounds ridiculous but my customer service experience at AT&T is not usually great.

All my life have been on Suffering from diseases. In 2021 I got HPV disease and the Year I start to have high blood pressure.
