I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. The gentleman replaced my battery, cleaned off the corrosion and had me on my way at no charge due to battery being under warranty. This was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I have ever encountered.

Went in for a part I thought I needed. The young man (forgot to catch his name) was super helpful, took a look at the car and we figured out I needed a whole different part. Saved me time and money and frustration!

Angel is the man, he quickly changed out my battery, which was not an easy task, and did it with a smile. The competitors down the road laughed when I asked if they would put the new battery in for me and said "not in that thing". Angel said, "bring it!". Great customer service that stems from Angel, the store manager.

Mike M. and staff were extremely helpful today when analyzing the cause of my car battery issues; not only did he check the battery charge, but he also ran a diagnostic on the alternator and checked to see if my stereo was draining the battery. We really appreciate the time and attention he gave us today and will definitely be coming back as a regular customer. We dont see this type of customer service very often, so thanks Mike & staff for all you do?????

I want to give a shout out to the employee named Dakota! He was so awesome and changed my headlight for me. I was nervous because it didn't seem like the lid would come off/anyone would be able to change it but he was determined and fixed it!!! I went to the O'Reilly's off River oaks before coming here and the guy told me I would have to go to a shop to fix it.... So THANK YOU DAKOTA! You deserve a raise :)

Angel Vargas is the manager of the Autozone in Benbrook Texas. He was fantastic. I needed a new air filter for my engine and a new cabin filter. I purchased both and he installed both of them. Saved me around $75. I love Auto Zone

I was given the wrong part. I was told the part I needed is not part of my cars engine. It was not the counter guy's fault he showed me everything he typed in which was exactly what I said and the AutoZone computer came back part not on the car, WTH? and no I don't think it was just because I'm a woman I don't think the computer could tell.
