I have five different banks that I use and I love pnc because of the staff specifically Lance and Angelina they’re always spot on quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues I highly recommend using this bank

Untrained branch personnel made a mistake on my accounts, and I’ll be moving my accounts from PNC as soon as possible. Also, in the time that I’ve had my accounts, the bank changed from Texas Bank to Compass Bank to BBVA Compass to BBVA to PNC. When it changed to PNC, PNC didn’t give customers access to our prior year’s bank statements online, we lost access with BBVA, and PNC would only give us these statements if we paid for them. Huge mess. Who knows if another merger, acquisition or whatever will happen again. Steer clear of PNC.

Have to say PNC is the most useless, pathetic bank there is. They should never have bought BBVA. This bank should just shut down its so bad. How did it ever get so big???? I don't blame the local brances. Its the corporate office and their policies that is so pathetic.

I have been to several BBVA locations and never have I encounter any problems with them but this particular branch in Benbrook has the worst customer service ever. The lady always give customers hard time. This branch is closer to where I live but they make it so inconvenient to do business with them that I would rather drive to other locations and get good customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I'm not a current customer. but am looking into opening an account with a bank that has national exposure. I travel and my local bank doesn't have many branches. I called several times, no one answers.
