This place is a rip-off. They quote you for one price, and then when you return the truck on time, it's another price. You're better off hiring someone to move anything, even if it's one piece of furniture, than trying to do it yourself. You will lose in the end trying to support this local business owner. And he is not friendly whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All of our belongings were damaged due to a water leak. When we went to the storage we had know idea there was an issue. We opened it and tons of water and mold. They had a bucket above our storage unit. All of our family photos, diplomas, wedding dress, furniture and much more. I asked the older man at the front who is always rude why didn't he atleast give us a courtesy call. He said well I only work here 2 days a week. My thing is they knew there was a huge leak even the lights were out on that isle due to the leak. It had been that way for awhile because some stuff was moldy. I have never seen anyone so incredibly heartless and just didn't care at all for all the priceless things we lost.

I rented space M008 for about 3 mos..all was ok until I misplaced MY lock while there and replaced it with one of their temporary locks. Until I came back 2 weeks later and New Shoes 2 pair were missing..there was an older guy there at the time normally the younger guy is there..the one I felt more friendly vibes from..I never thought the older guy would allow something like this to happen..I'm truly upset and dissapointed..I moved out on 10/13

This place is absolutely terrible. Every employee is rude and it’s impossible to reach the owner. I was set up on autopay and one month it was randomly taken off without anything said to me. Several months went by and I received a call the my stuff was going to be sold at auction due to nonpayment. No one called prior to let me know. When I tried to get it all taken care of they gave me nothing but attitude. I finally got caught up and they still had their lock on there so I couldn’t access my stuff. Take your business elsewhere!!

For the amount of money I have to pay which is $140 every month and it's only open from 9am to 6pm with a limited access to my own belongings why would I give this place a good review yeah it is A/c in all but come on that is just way to much money for limited access and you can't even come and go as you please it's just not worth it but I can say the folks are very nice and they do what you ask of them I can highly recommend the folks not the place

If I could give no stars I would. I had called weeks ago to see about storage unit availability and pricing. No one would answer the office phone, so I ended up finally just leaving a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. I call back again today. I spoke with a man who was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I advised him of my experience and he just told me "well what do you expect me to do about it...do you want to just get on a waitlist or what". I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with. He snickered and sort of laughed and said no, then he proceeded to ask me again if I just want to be on a waitlist. I explained my disappointment and would like to be able to talk to another representative. He then just hung up on me.

This has been a great storage unit. I like the big door loading door. Plus, numerous carts available to help move boxes.
