Useless, its a virtual bank. ATMs don't take a phone for access to your account if you forget your card at home. The only one that does, is in the bank. There's never anyone there anyways, one person helps people as 'others are doing things in the back'. I'm convinced people work at this location for an easy paycheck. How do I get a job where I hide in the back and not help people?? ?Bryan Irving location is the hot ticket. They are amazing. Gets you in and out, and have staff actually doing a job.

Unfortunately, this branch does not have enough staff to accommodate the needs of both appointments and walk in customers. Four customers sat waiting, unacknowledged for nearly 30 minutes. While it is understandable that the staff was busy assisting other customers, it is inexcusable to not inform the customers waiting on the possible length of the wait or at least make it known that they are aware you are waiting. Avoid this branch unless the business you have can be handled at an ATM. Drive a couple of miles to Camp Bowie or Hulen for anything else.

This branch is pointless. I don’t understand why it even exists. Drive thru closed. Inside you are directed you use the ATM. They do not have the ability to cash a check.

I didn’t expect Chase to employ the best and brightest at this “modified” location in Benbrook but the Branch manager EW gives unlicensed legal advice but refuses to help consumer banking customers.

Waisted my time twice. Few months ago I came to withdraw some money and max you can do is 3k. Today I came to deposit some coins and sure enough they don’t have that service at this location.

Rude, not interested in helping. Wouldn't cash a check on their own bank, even for a fee. Had to go through a 7 day hold to verify funds. Lied, stating it's never been that way. Junior worker is too new to know anything. Waste of their advertising funds to court me.

After being transferred numerous times by various Chase call centers, I was encouraged to reach out to the branch. I spoke with Marco Solis, and he was very helpful. He took an interest in my concern and helped me determine what the next steps towards resolution would be. Thank you Marco, you were a big help!!!

Andrew is great he helps every time and has great customer service however……Do not deposit your cashiers check at this bank. I made a deposit and then was told I would have a hold on it for seven days! A cashiers check is literally by definition verified funds. The guy didn’t even attempt to verify the funds and proceeded to blankly stare at me after telling me “there was nothing he could do, I’m not even a banker.” for the rest of the place they literally can not handle anything. I’m not even sure why they have any employees at this branch they don’t handle money I brought to them my situation and the guy literally told me he couldn’t do anything and nooone there could that the only person who could help was off and I suggested he called and got the information needed from another branch and he proceeded to stare blankly at me and did not do a thing. Absolutely ridiculous and irritating to deal with. I have yet to have my $425 check out into my account.

DO NOT TAKE A DEPOSIT TO THIS BANK! After waiting since COVID for two years, I was told I could deposit a check at this branch. The Rep took my business check and deposit slip and took it in the back room and then brought out a receipt. The amount never appeared. I have been told they entered a wrong number and it was deposited elsewhere. I have spent an hour now and five phone calls trying to work this out. Their manager doesn't call you back and now I am told it could be 48 hours before it will be deposited. I have NEVER received such horrible service and I will take my business to another bank. The employees are inept and had I not brought up this error, I don't think they'd ever of found it and now I must wait days for the amount to be in the account, an amount that should have been deposited in seconds.

I walked in and there was 1 other person waiting ahead of us. My husband wanted to add me to his account and was told that I have to make an appointment when the person in front of us had to meet with a banker also and got right in. Makes no sense. I understand needing to make an appt if they are busy, but they weren't at all. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

I transferred an $950 IRA to Chase in 2001 from an employer. It was earning so little interest, and last year it earned 5cents. It's worth $5 more than it was worth in 2001 and now Chase wants $75 to close the IRA account. I'm 66 years old, retired, and they want to charge me $75 to close an IRA that only ever earned $10 in 21 years? BANKERS~!*#%

Why does this branch even exist? There are no tellers just ATMs? We have gone in a few times and thought it was a one off but we were told that they only have ATMs and that we would either need to find a different branch or call corporate, why not just have the ATMs? What is the purpose of the building if no one is there to help?
