The girl that helped my husband today was absolutely amazing. She did everything she could to help. Very excited to help. Just amazed with her customer service. This girl deserves a raise.

I was in the store a few weeks back so my son and I could both upgrade our phones. The young lady helping us was fantastic! But, she was struggling to get my 4 years worth of data, phone lists, contacts, emails, and 1000's of pictures to transfer to my new phone. Jennifer Johnson came in and before she had even sat her purse and lunch down she jumped in to help the other young lady (wish I had caught her name!) between the two of them they got us taken care of in record time and we were on our way to run our other errands! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I love the Cricket store and cricket team!!! Jeniffer and Crew go above and beyond for their ppl!!! If they don't have the answer they help FIND the answer. Each and every time I go in I leave with a smile on my face. I recommend this cricket store to EVERYONE needing something.

I came in yesterday to get a phone plan and got the phone plan were u get a free phone yall were out of the free phones so I messaged the manager today about it and she said there was nothing she could do about it even though I got the plan that came with a free phone to me that's not good customer service I would have thought they would have helped me better even after I left the store I noticed that I wasn't getting any internet service on my phone so I called the store to ask what the problem could be and the girl working was not help I won't be back to that store if I need anything I will go to another cricket store

Cole and Jennifer and Hailey have been wonderful Cole helped me today and was so kind. They always are and actually care. It's hard to find people now days with such big hearts and that sincerely actually care. Great customer service.

The manager Jennifer was amazing! She spent days working on my elderly mothers acp, then helped set it up , manually put in all her contacts, showed her how to work the phone and was so sweet and funny . She deserves a raise 10/10 for customer service.

The manager Jennifer went above and beyond helping get our phone connected. She literally spent at least 8-10 hours over 2 days dealing with my old service provider, spending hours on hold. Anyone else would have given up. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service!
