This location is great, working elevators, staff is up there and very helpful. I needed to change my units and Danielle was prompt to help my, called me back minutes after I left her a message and was very helpful, I couldn’t recommend this location more.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!
I rented two units beginning May 20. Paid a full month’s rent for both. Upon moving out on June 2 I found that I had already been charged for the full month of June. I was told that if they were occupied on the first of the month there was another charge for that full month. So if you rent on the last day of the month and pay for a full month, the very next day you get charged for another month. ???
That is completely unethical.
Also unless they have completely replaced the toilet in one bathroom in the last few days it is so filthy even a dog wouldn’t use it. It was actually completely cracked apart and unusable. It was that way for at least two weeks. Why no Out of Order sign and not locked?

I needed a place to temporarily store some items from my home. Public Storage in my city is less than five minutes from where I live. The process of signing up for a storage unit was quick and the person who took care of me was pleasant and knowledgeable. His explanation of how the contract worked was understandable. Access to the unit is a breeze. I am very satisfied with where my items are being stored for the time being.
