So hit or miss but mostly miss. Long wait times, super difficult to get ahold of (which isn't this specific pharmacy's fault, that's cvs corporate) and they won't always do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. All in all, usually rather frustrating

Nice young guy at the front wouldn't comment on the overflowing trash can on the south side. I mean overflowing AND on the ground. He parks on the OTHER side. I said you should look at it every day and empty it every day. He claims that they do empty it every day. I am going to have to start going across the highway.

Worthless. They can't figure out how to keep script-sync working, staff is slow as molasses. I've sat in line for 30 minutes for the three vehicles in front of me. I'm disabled so standing around in their pharmacy lobby so that is a non-starter. The idiots don't know what chairs are and if they did know, wouldn't know where to place them is typical of this store.Another example would be what happened today. Prescription sent by doc electronically around noon. I called at 1pm, "we don't have it", called at 2pm, "we don't have it", went by the store at 4:30, "we don't have it", I ask what the problem is and am told it may take 5 or 6 six hours to get a script electronically. Pure BULLSHIT.Called at 6pm, "we don't have it, and we "just" found out its a system problem. Could take hours or maybe days to fix so you need to go to your doc and get a written one". I told the numbnuts that doctors don't duplicate prescriptions.End result. Nothing. They know nothing, they see nothing, they do nothing. Hogan's Heroes all over again.Don't use this store unless you like thumb screws, guillotines or the rack.

CVS - please hire more people and give them custoner service training. People are at the oharmacy for health issues- its not a vacation so its bad when you have over worked, tired, miserable unhapoy employees with no empathy and their focus is not how to help but to get to the next customer. And CVDs and CVS Carmark push work off on eaxh other instead of working together when scripts are out. So disappointed

They do not answer the phone! A real problem! My husband drove 30 miles to pick up my Paxlovid. The first thing I noticed was the seal on the box was already broken, then I pull out the first packet and 2 of the pouches had already been punched with 1 pill missing. Since they don't answer the phone, my husband had to drive back, pick up the Paxlovid and take it back to CVS Benbrook, then bring it back to me and then drive 30 miles home. ANSWER THE PHONE people!

Poor customer service and unacceptable wait times for prescriptions. Preauthorizations are never completed, refills that require more than the bare minimum (calling a doctor, dealing with insurance, anything more than 'put these pills in a bottle and count to 30') don't get taken care of. The pharmacy staff are clearly bottom of the barrel and have been getting worse. I've now switched my family's medications to a private pharmacy and am no longer dealing with incompetence.

I truly love CVS in the Benbrook hwy.\\nThe pharmacy is second to none.\\nDana the pharmacy manager at this location literally saved my life. I have Graves’ disease and a removed thyroid. I was feeling poorly and my Endocrinolgist ordered blood work and said everything was fine yet I still had problems.\\nDana caught that a medication was totally taking the strength of my thyroid meds! As soon as I read that and spoke to Dana she said it was true.\\nI immediately stopped taking old med that was not important and my symptoms disappeared! I wanted to give credit\\n\\nThank you
