I like this place. I’ve sold them a few tools and they offered me less than they were worth, but they gotta profit to stay in business. I’m good with it. I do think they are honest and the business seems to be run well.

My recent visit to Benbrook pawnshop was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I brought in two high-quality electrical power tools—a hammer drill and a grinder—in excellent condition, hoping to receive a fair offer. What ensued was an attempt to blatantly scam me by the employee, Stephanie.
Stephanie's initial offer for both tools was a mere $20, which is laughable considering their market value, easily exceeding $300 each. Shocked by her audacity, I explained that I had already visited other pawnshops where I received offers that were significantly higher. Her response? "Nobody wants to buy these tools because they are not battery operated," she claimed, as if that justified her absurdly low offer.
I've invested considerable time and effort driving between 30 to 45 minutes to other pawnshops where I was treated fairly and received offers that reflected the true value of my tools. The convenience of the Benbrook pawn shop being close to my residence was overshadowed by the disappointing attempt to rip me off.
Stephanie's behavior not only reflects poorly on her professionalism but also on the integrity of Benbrook pawn shops Attempting to exploit customers who are genuinely seeking a fair deal does not bode well for business ethics. Perhaps Benbrook pawn shop should reconsider their approach to customer service and fair pricing and not just say “ I’m not trying to argue with you and continue to interrupt with “ have a great day”

In conclusion, my experience with Stephanie at Benbrook pawn shop was utterly disheartening. I would caution anyone considering selling valuable items at this establishment to be wary of similar deceptive practices. Improving customer trust and satisfaction should be a priority, not attempting to swindle patrons. Very "recommendable," indeed—sarcastically speaking.
Not worth driving over there and getting more than half the value less of the original price, and getting even more less value then other pawnshops
And with a disruptive piece of trying to neglect the assistance which you get paid for to do.

One of my items came back damaged(not stored properly, apparently) My gun was pulled although I have FAITHFULLY paid on all of my items. Employee remembers me pulling the brown firearm but my purple one was pulled even tho I am here every due date(monthly and sometimes weekly). So when I say I'm paying all, they know it's all so WHY WAS MY FIREARM PULLED? Nice gun wanted for an employee is my guess. I was also told there's a complaint line but other than that we can't help you. Take my money, damage my items and steal some too.....way to go!

BEWARE THEY WILL SELL YOUR STUFF!! Me and my husband went to pick our TV up a couple weeks ago and they couldn't find it. After 20ins of them looking it was on their sales rack for someone else to buy before the grace period. Also don't sell your games they won't give you anything. They are sloppy and we will not being doing service there anymore.
