so I definitely would not recommend this guy. I'm very new to the pc world and I was just looking to get some advice before I brought him my desktop pc and he basically told me he couldn't help me. I tried explaining my issues the best I could and he simply told me he wouldn't have time to look through and diagnose because he has so much other stuff to do and then proceeded to tell me I wasted 15 minutes of his time on the phone so I'm not really sure how he gets anything done if he's so slammed all the time, he then started to yell so i hung up. I'm just a new guy looking for help and apparently that's not what fix it planet likes

I have taken several things to John to fix over the years: my phone, a Chromebook, and a tablet. He's my Go To technician. He's honest and affordable with a quick turn around.

The technician here is excellent, helpful, and honest. He's been willing to help explain problems with my device and help me to evaluate my options-- whether or not that option means getting a repair at the shop. He's been able to help with difficult repairs that I couldn't find another shop to do, such as charging port repairs with soldering. I absolutely recommend seeking repairs or advice about repairs at Fix It Planet.

Drove there this morning. Sign posted on the door saying temporary hours opens at 11. Ok, waited there until 11. No one there. Waited until 11:10 door still locked. Guess they don't want our business.

Got my laptop fixed quick!
My laptop had been a paper weight for sometime and now it's working AMAZING after doing some much needed upgrades.
It's lightning fast and working perfectly.

I was having problems with my laptop and after having no luck at best buy I was recommended to Fix it Planet. The gentleman who helped me was able to identify the issue immediately and explain to me exactly what was wrong along with his course of action to fix the issue. My laptop was ready and fixed the next day! Highly recommend.

When he missed my call, i had planned to call the following day no big deal. I understand businesses get busy and thats ok. I didn’t leave a number (planned to call next day), he calls me not to long after which is rare in my opinion with companies. Talked to me for a good while with very helpful information which un thankful for. He didn’t have to call me back since i didn’t leave message but he did. He knows his stuff so you will noy be disappointed

All I did was stop by to ask some questions I had about a broken PC docking station—they were VERY informative and gave me more information about the problem than I expected. Truly seems like a wonderful place to go to for any PC/tech needs!

I came in with part of a lightning cable stuck in the charging port of my child's iPad and they saw me in minutes, immediately removed the broken piece, and gave clear instructions on how to prevent similar damage in the future! Excellent service!! I'm so glad I came here instead of a chain, and will absolutely come back for any tech repairs I need in the future!
