The second visit appeared to not be much better until Carlos came to my assistance. He was absolutely wonderful! All I needed was a "new" phone. We had so much trouble with the transfer that I ended up leaving my phones, gabbing my kids from school and coming back. We still had issues and the lady I was working with didn't seem to have the solution. In comes Johnathan to save the day. This guy knew a work around to get the phones to move forward with the updates/transfers.
