Mr.Marks Auto Repair has been great to me. This is my first experience with this repair shop and now I won't be going anywhere else. I specifically give five stars because Mark took the time to call me and tell me what had been done, why it had been done and how much it would cost. He also called me again after testing the vehicle after the repairs had been completed.I really appreciate his thorough review, pride in his work and honesty throughout the process.I can't forget to include how quickly the work was completed and he even told me about back up in parts delivery to his shop due to freezing weather.It's these kind of honest details that he informed of (which he didn't have to tell me) that make me trust him and his company even more.My car repair was for to a vehicle with three warning lights on and Mr. Marks fixed all of the problems for a fair and reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about this shop, which why this review is so long : ). He has a customer for life in me.

I needed my steering rack replaced and Mark was able to schedule me on a day we agreed on, ordered the part, and had everything done the next day for a very reasonable price! My truck has not had any issues and feels great - thanks Mr. Mark!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!!

Mark took care of our Mazda’s brakes the same day that we dropped it off for a great price and was up front with what did and did not need to be fixed immediately. Will absolutely return here for any auto concerns!

This place is fantastic. These guys run an honest shop and don't try to sell you on unnecessary services. They told me my brakes were good for another 10K miles and didn't charge me for the time spent, told me to come back next year. They even checked on the timing belt they did for me previously on that vehicle. Seems like they really care about what they're doing. Not a quick-lube type place, so we usually drop the vehicle off and come back the next day. Definitely recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance
